Best Western Country Inn Temecula

I visited this Hotel in mid July for my Birthday Celebration. The room was pleasant, better than I expected. Due to the name " Country Inn", made me think that the room interior was going to be based on a Country atmosphere & 1970 ish. Wrong!! The room was updated & modern with all the amenities needed. Also, I experienced the BEST customer service with the Hotel Host: Doreese!! She was Amazing!! Unbelievable to receive such a Great approach as we entered the lobby. She made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Doreese went above and beyond regarding my stay here. Very professional & very cordial to us . Any request, she acted promptly and gave a Big smile. Thank you so much!! I am guaranteed to return here because of her. P.S. She's a keeper!! Positive vibes and Friendly service is rarity unfortunately. #Happily Satisfied

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, due the mattress sitting on top of a box frame. The bed slides & not enough cushion.

The breakfast was a nice full spread breakfast, with a variety of cold cereal, oatmeal, danish, coffee, juice, water. NO HOT MEALS like cooked eggs, or sausage was provided though! I would have liked more of a full hot and cold'continental' style breakfast! Parking was plenty and free. Close to old town Temecula, less than a few miles away. Close to the 15 Freeway for easy access! Big spacious room with a nice King Size bed, and a full pull out couch to be able to have 2 more guests!

There was no daily cleaning in the rooms. Needed a full continental hot and cold breakfast ( ie: cooked eggs, sausage, waffles etc)

The front desk girl was very helpful & very pleasant. Had a nice smile and very friendly. The room were super clean, comfortable bed, soft white towels. The free breakfast was delicious, with a variety of breads, yogurt, coffee & juices. It's like a 5 mins drive to some well known restaurants.

The only 1 thing I didn't like, there was a towel hook on the very top of bathroom door, at the edge & couldn't hang a towel inless i jump up.

Receptionist extremely warm and friendly. Room was clean and what I expected. I did not turn the AC on and was cold at night. An extra blanket in closet would have been helpful. I had to double linen on bed over me. Breakfast had a good selection. I would suggest they don't salt the eggs and let the residents do their own seasoning.

Perhaps offering a different protein with eggs instead of sausage everyday.

It was 8 minutes from the location we needed to be at. It was next to an In and Out, what more could you ask for?! They actually had cable, so my kids were happy. The location was perfect.

The room was smaller than they seemed online, the beds weren't very comfy and did not like that the toilet paper roll was not replaced, it was almost gone and just folded "pretty". There were a few small odd stains on the walls and all drawers were not wiped down.

Breakfast provided was excellent and coffee machine allows you to pick your brew (coffee latte, cafe Americano, cappuccino, and hot chocolate). Rooms were clean, quiet, and great location.

Bathroom door opened out not in. So when you used the sink, the door hit you in the back if it wasn't closed.

Way over priced for this room. 350 for a $150 value. Sorry they get you on the holiday

Stayed in a “higher brand name” hotel two weeks ago in the same general area and spent more for less quantity and left disappointed. This Best Western renewed my faith in the name. Clean, friendly and all around great experience.

We were only there one night, and it met our need. It was neat and clean, easy to find easy to get to our room, and the area was well lit and our car was able to park right outside our room

There really isn’t anything that I can complain about.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was pretty decent.

The bathroom smelled strongly of cleaning products/bleach, which was good in a way because it meant the bathroom had been cleaned thoroughly.
