Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

Loved the location and the beautiful landscaping. The staff was very professional and nice. The extra large room was a pleasant surprise and exceptionally clean. The bed was cozy and very comfortable. Free Parking is a plus.

The outer security door leading to the side parking area was constantly left ajar. (on more than one stay) This was a little concerning for security from the busy street. Nice to have a kitchen, but there were no eating utensils to use. Even plastic utensils would have been welcome. It was quite difficult to obtain a morning breakfast at any time it’s available. The crowding in the meal area was really bad. I gave up trying. People stomping around and dropping heavy items above my room until early hours was not great, but not the fault of the hotel.

The size of the rooms made our stay very comfortable. What I found impressive was that even though there was remodeling going on, for the most part it was not noisy or intrusive.

This was the second time we stayed here. The first time, I was not charged for parking nor was I given a parking pass to place in my car. Curious why a $5/night fee was added 6 weeks later. It was not mentioned in the fees listed on my reservation. A lobby restroom next to the dining area was closed due to remodeling. A lot of people seemed inconvenienced by this. There was another restroom on the 2nd floor (for the conference room, I guess) which could have been unlocked while the first floor dining room restroom was closed.

I needed a wine bottle opener and was provided with one at the front counter, thank you! The service provided was amazing, thank you!

The room was only provided with one large towel, I requested one and was provided with at the front counter.... My first room provided suite # 205 smelled moldy. I made them aware at the front desk and my room was quickly upgraded to a second floor suite and was offered a bottle of water... Thank you for the service, it was great! I have been coming to this facility for a number of years and will continue to do so in the future.

room was comfy and spacious .the only thing that the room needed was a stovetop to make a full on room. the security and the area felt super safe

place needs a update bad . not saying a full renovation but the building itself looks like it hasn't aged from 1990s at all .and some facilities in the building are very noticeable. needs a refresher not just in the lobby.no toiletries available upon request had to get them from front desk carpets need to get shampooed or cleaned up.tvs are quite small. fridhes need a disinfectant baad like i could smell what was stored there before i arrived

In safe area with good security. Very close to UCI hospital. Nice green courtyard with water feature. Very clean and nice breakfast served daily. Large room. Very nice staff and very accommodating. Nice business area.

Still in the process of renovating a lot of the property. Not close to any restaurants. Some of the items in my room did not work and I had to call maintenance. Hot tub was not hot……

The breakfast is exceptional and delicious, it offers something for everyone. The hotel is decent and clean, the rooms are large and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

There was a large hole in the wall that is supposedly the closet, so I had to cover the hole with the ironing board. The bathtub was needing to be replaced because it looked filthy, but may have been clean.

I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. It was also pretty quiet. The breakfast was awesome. There response from the stafff to correct an issue was pretty rapid.

The air condition unit in the room was not working and the first night, we did not have any air and they could not switch us to another room. They maintenance person did provide us with a fan which helped out a lot and the next day, we got another room.

Our room was King suite and there were only 2 towels as we booked for a family of four. Kitchen did not have utensils and the microwave should not be hanging over the stove. Thats a big safety hazard. I think the room just had been renovated. Other than that everything was great.

I like overall comfort and size of this hotel. It is near my family's home. The price is right and you get a free good breakfast.

I did not like how a staff member, one conceirge refused to help me Christmas morning. She was not friendly nor busy and offered no suggestions on how to get a hold of my elderly mother who was exactly our call. I left my charger for my phone, which was my fault and my battery was dead. I told the manager Thom and she was more friendlier the next day and helpful but It presented a problem for me and my family. Everyone else was great!

The location was around many food choices and by the mall. Safe area. Plenty of parking. We had a good view of the pool from our room.

They were doing alot of new improvements on the first floor to the rooms. Not one time did it ever bother us. Just weird to see boxes everywhere when we walked around the property. Elevator by the front desk was broken so ww had to walk a bit to the next elevator.
