Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim Garden Grove

The staff offered me an amazing room at no extra charge. The bed was super comfortable, very clean room. Overall a great value, and the pool was tempting although I didn't use it. I would definitely stay here again.

I could hear other hotel doors slamming, and the bathroom light which was automatic would turn on sometimes. No bathroom fan.

Property was very clean, comfortable and with friendly staff.

Parking! Returning late from Disneyland and having to park in not so lit up areas, in the back of the hotel. Then having to walk with my child through these areas at night. Please add more lighting for safety.

The property itself was really nice and the room was big and clean. The closet space was perfect for 5 pieces of luggage. Parking was pricey but easy to find parking.

The staff was not super helpful and when we asked for towels they brought us floor mats. We had to walk down to the lobby to switch them out and instead of just handing the towels at the desk we were instructed to go back upstairs call and someone will bring them up. Also the hot tub was really gross. When we got back to to the room we couldn’t figure out why everyone’s bathing suits smelled to terribly, a nasty mildew smell that wouldn’t wash out.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Room service cleaned the room nicely when we were away. The whole atmosphere of the facility was welcoming and calming

I’m not sure what kind of event was taking place on Saturday night (09-24-22) but it caused me to struggle to find parking. There were not parking stalls in front or behind the building. I was circling the parking lot for 10 minutes in hopes of finding parking. I noticed people parking on the red curb because of the unavailability of parking. I had to park across the way at Joe’s Crab Shack, go to my room, and come out 30 minutes-1 hour later to search for parking, which that time I was successful. It was just a major inconvenience

It was clean, front desk was helpful and bar tenders where really nice.

Bathtub was broken so we had to call to get it fixed, refrigerator door didn’t close and the morning of checkout someone from there staff knocked on our door 5 hours early to let us know that we were checking out that day.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was very nice and coffee shop was a plus! Quick drive to Disney for our family.

Parking was a little rough and our first interaction with staff was less than pleasant. Ideally I'd like to be greeted nicer than the man chose to on our arrival but others throughout our stay were better

Room was extra clean! Super comfortable beds, very quiet surroundings and blinds made the room super dark. My husband and I loved our stay. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby was incredibly convenient. We were driving back to Northern California and didn’t want to waste time having to stop somewhere to get coffee. Would absolutely stay again.

I liked that the property was very open you can smell how clean it was and the staff was very friendly and very fast with checking in guest and checking out guest , everything was perfect. The rooms were just as advertised on booking.com very spacious received what I requested everything was neat and clean inside the rooms, a beautiful view facing towards Anaheim, couldn’t ask for better. the sheets and blankets were comfy, lots of space around the room perfect for my family!

only thing I didn’t like is that we had to park all to the back of the hotel lobby which is walk for a family. But you can avoid that by dropping off your family and belongings in the lobby and having someone park the car in the back they just have to walk along the hotel and enter through the back which isn’t very bad.

Beds were comfy. The bathroom had been recently redone in my room, as had at least some of the furnishings. The AC unit was a bit old and ran loudly, but cold. The common areas of the hotel were under renovation or were closed due to covid. WiFi was free. Travel time to nearby beaches was good.

The pool was closed when we got there for electrical problems. When it reopened, the heater for it was not working. The hot tub was filled with water, but would not run. Bathrooms had sensor lights that came on immediately with blazing bright light in the middle of the night - I would have liked to have turned that function off, but I couldn't.

The value for money was great, I got a super room with two king size beds, enough space for my children. The beds and pillows were super confortables and the bath was also great.

Well... the room was very clean however, the carpet had several old stains from the past that made it looks like it wasn't clean enough.
