The location was great and it is a beautiful hotel. Great breakfast.

1. Our room didn’t have any towels. We called and were told they’d send some up. After waiting for 40 minutes, my husband went down to the lobby to get some. 2. I encountered an employee who was not helpful or friendly when I was trying to check in early. I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. We were able to check out bags, but they wouldn’t hold or refrigerate my medicine as we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready. I’ve never encountered a hotel that wouldn’t refrigerate insulin for their guests. The lady at the counter was rude about it. I’ve never encountered problems while staying at Embassy Suites. This was the first time we had issues. I was very disappointed in the way my medical situation was handled.

Breastfast was great pool and hot tub are great the facility was clean they have two pools and a hot tub. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is parking is 26$ a night there deposit is 100$ a night which is pretty expensive I feel like. The front desk was nice when I asked for extra blankets for my kids but the maid was very rude about giveing them to me and argued with me about it I told her I have three kids and I need another blanket and she made a big deal about it and walked away from me. They also don’t clean your rooms l every day unless you ask a day in advance. The staff was very nice at the bar and valet and front desk.

We liked all the choices at breakfast, especially the omelets and eggs cooked to your liking. In the middle of the night while I was sleeping, a bug or a spider bit me on my leg, arm, head and two of my fingers. I didn't realize it till I was itchy in the very early morning (4:45am). Before breakfast I discreetly let the front desk know and they did everything to quickly take care of the situation. The evening and morning teams and the young man who helped me change out my sheets after a long day at Disneyland were awesome! I was slept well with no little critters biting me again. I was happy. Thank you!

We were hoping for some type of turkey bacon or sausage because we are a non-pork eating family. The fried potatoes had way too much seasoning that it overwhelmed the taste of cooked potatoes. It was way too salty and powdery. Maybe the cook accidentally dropped way too much seasoning in them. We wanted to relax in the jacuzzi but the water was too cold. Another guest said it was hot the day before and not cold.

Facility feels very clean. I liked the breakfast that came with booking.

Felt bad for omelet chef. He worked alone and line got long. When using your GPS, input address manually. Google took us to the wrong place as it populated (Anaheim, CA) and it should have been Orange, CA.

Like any other Embassy the spacious rooms and the great complimentary breakfast buffet., and the drinks from 530-7pm. Most employees were nice but the omelette makers, they seemed miserable. $200 p night, for a family of 5, seemed affordable, and comfortable. 3 miles drive to Disney, if you dont use the freeway. Iguess we couldve used ART but we didnt

$26 per night x parking. Handicapp parking should be voided. Room was filthy, we had to wipe everything down. Elevators and some furniture need renovation and replacement.

The proximity to Angel's Stadium. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast, especially the omelet station. I also liked the text communication during my stay.

When we returned Sun evening from our outing the beds were not made and the trash wasn't taken out. Normally, that's the very least of housekeeping services i'm used to getting for a weekend stay. I didn't read the fine print that said you must request those services a day in advance.

I loved how spacious and clean the room was. It felt like a mini apartment and everyone was so nice. We had a little issue with the AC but they quickly came and fixed it. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

The room was a little toasty even after turning the air down to the lowest it could get. Also, the parking was less to be desired and we had to pay for it, even if we had to walk fron a whole other parking lot 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️.

The breakfast was awesome the best breakfast options that I experienced. Omelet station included the distance from the hotel to the Angel's Stadium was short. So you can go walking overthere. In addition, the room size was incredible.

The booking reservation included parking but as soon as we checked in the employee told me that it's $29.00 per night

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff took care of us quickly. The suite was a very good size. The breakfast was great we definitely enjoyed a fresh omelet, the area for food and sitting was large. I would stay here again.

Although we only needed 1 bed, we were in a two queen bed suite and one of the beds was lopsided I found that strange. I would defiantly expect better for this hotel.

The staff was accomadating to our room situation. Parking fees were waived for our whole trip due to us not being able to get into our room with the room key the first day. Turned out the batterys went out that read the key cards and the maintnace guy had to fix it .

parking fees are nowhere mentioned untill check-in. So if driving in from out of town or states parking fees will be applied extra per night visitors have no other choise.
