The location and cleanliness were great. The room and bed was comfortable. There’s Starbucks in hotel. Plenty of elevators for when it’s busy.

The staff was rude. Check in staff didn’t tell us what floor our room was on we had to ask security by the elevator doors. We decided to get some water at the little shop by the entrance and the girl huffed like she was upset she had to attend to people. She didn’t greet us just rang up the waters and asked for our money. It wasn’t very welcoming. Also it’s weird that the premium room, which you pay more for, didn’t have a mini fridge but the deluxe room did.

The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and near freeway. I especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby and the outdoor garden with fireplaces lit up at night. Helped to unwind after a long day of activities.

The sound insulation wasn't adequate, and even though I had a room at the end with only one adjacent room, I could still hear all the plumbing noises at night. Other than that, I was assuming an in room refrigerator for the type of hotel, so that was a little disappointing.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past & really like the rooms, location & staff.

If there was one thing I wished could be improved it would be the opportunity to find something to eat after 10 p.m. We were moving our daughter into her dorm at Chapman University & it was a very long, hot & busy day. We checked in late (9:30 pm), we were starving & wanted something to eat. Well, the restaurant at the hotel closed at 10 & the store was closed as well. So all they had to offer were snacks from a cart which we could buy. They didn't allow deliveries which I can't remember the reason why.

The hotel had a large clean lobby and very friendly front desk staff who were quick to check me in. The room was large and nice and had a good view if the city. The TV was ultra high definition and watched it from a comfortable chair. The AC was adequate and the bed was good as well.

The elevators use a system where you select a floor on a central panel before going into elevator and it assigns you one. This system was very slow and often wasn't sure if I selected correctly. There was also a chess tournament while I was there so common areas and elevators were full so when the elevator did show up it could be full.

Weekend trip for baseball. The location and view from our room was perfect. We were 5 minutes from the Angels parking lot. Beautiful new bar in the lobby! Great place to hang out after the game

This is my second stay at this hotel and it still doesn't have microwave or fridge. Stayed for a convention and had to live out of an ice chest for 4 days. They need to step this up.

I was very sick as I was attending the hospital next morning. I could not have been treated with more care and attention by both the welcoming concierge and the departing Bell staff and helping me out of my arriving transportation and departing transportation. They were incredible. Definitely a caring staff I've never been treated so well. Just fantastic I cannot emphasize that enough, they were the best.

There was nothing I didn't like it was a totally wonderful experience.

Great location to visit Angels Stadium of Anaheim. New facilities.

Inconsistent guest information; I.e. ice machine not on the floor, and restaurant hours not consistent with the online guest info. Squeezing weight machine that bothered all others in the fitness center exercising. These are just minor inconveniences and areas for improvement. Overall, the stay was perfect.

The staff was friendly however could not find me a refrigerator for my medication. They were nice enough to compensate my parking for the weekend. The Hotel in itself was very nice and the fire outside was a nice touch.

The bathtub was peeled in several places. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were quite small for the price.

When we stepped off the elevator to go to our room, we heard the yipping of a small dog. It turned out that it was in the room next door to ours. The yipping was continuous for about 30 minutes. I called customer service and they moved us to another room. Apparently, the dog was a “service dog” whose service was not needed when the owners were out and about. Great service from the staff in assisting with the new room.
