Staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman who did my check in Fri night (3/10). Parking is only $5 and plenty of it. Good choice of snacks as well. Beds are comfy!

There was a motion detector as the main light so it came on in the middle of the night both nights.

Most definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room is so modern and clean and the staff, whether it be front desk, maintenance or cleaning staff ALWAYS greets you. Breakfast in the morning was always a hit. As soon as something ran out, the staff was already ready to refill. And they ran breakfast all the way till the last minute, so all guests were able to get something. The cleaning staff left us clean towels every single day. The key cards worked for the duration of our stay and never had glitches. The elevator has a key pad so its a safe hotel and not just anyone can get into the rooms.

The young lady at checkout seemed a bit rude but it seems she was just having a bad day-- we saw her later in our stay and she was better.

The room had a refrigerator with a sink and a microwave, which was a huge help to my postop recovery. The hotel also has different entrances, which was a plus for me. That way when I came back from Surgery I wouldn’t encounter of the crowd.

Whoever was staying in the room upstairs had the most annoying kids, it didn’t matter if It was 2 AM or 2 PM. They were just running making a lot of noise. I also got a room with a connecting door and that room was making a lot of noise late at night.

Great location. Within 1 1/2miles from Disneyland. Price was outstanding for the size of the room and amenities. Room had a nice pull-out couch. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Curtains were great blackout curtains. Decent complimentary breakfast options.

Room decor is dated and can use updating. Room was pretty dim. Could use an extra light or two or even higher wattage. Bed was okay but can possibly be changed out. Only 1 small 3 drawer dresser for a room built to hold up to 5 guests is inadequate. Ironing board was so wobbly it could not be used. A/C was good but had a moldy smell upon entering room. It dissipated after a few hours though.

We loved the hotel and the room. It was amazing and free breakfast was terrific. We walked out of the room and right across the hallway was the dining room. Totally perfect. It was a great room with the most comfortable bed and couch. Will stay here as often as possible.

That I had to tell the staff that yes they charged me 100. Deposit because it wasn't marked down under our room. And the girl who worked night to morning shift wasn't nice she was remarkably rude. But besides her, the other staff were great. Maybe she had a bad night..

The property was nice. We felt safe and liked how there was gated parking. The exterior of the hotel was pretty . The inside was a bit dated but was still okay.

There was a smell throughout the whole down stair hall way near the pool area that smelled like musty wet dirty laundry. It was quite unpleasant. Also plumbing in our room restroom was not working our toilet would clog very easily and would not flush.

The young man working front desk check-in was great. He was accommodating and quick getting the room I needed for wheel chair access. The room was clean, easily accessible with wheel chair, very comfortable, and had all the amenities, everything in great condition and working order. The best place so far out of all the other hotels I've stayed at in the same area over the last 6 months.

Staff hospitality, american breakfast, working zone available, secured parking, snacks and beverages in the lobby, stable WiFi, spacious room.

It was quite noisy during the room cleaning in other rooms on our floor. It would not be a disadvantage if not a daytime sleep of our toddler.

I thought the atmosphere was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and safe. The free breakfast each morning was lovely. Housekeeping took care of us whenever we needed them. I felt very satisfied with my 4 night stay. It was clean and the little kitchenette was very useful. It was so close to everything especially Disneyland. The pool was open but we didn't get the chance to check it out. Provided the basic needs for us.

The one thing I didn't like was the conjoining doors. I could hear the neighbours each morning and night. It didn't bother me too much but I'd prefer to not have those doors on each side.

Staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the TV and they sent maintenance right away who fixed the issue immediately. Very happy with the stay.

Though the room and lobby were very clean and obviously updated, the hallways and grounds looked a little old and rough. Nothing too bad, just noticeable.
