Most of the staff were very helpful when checking in.

Carpet in room had a little smell like they needed to be cleaned. Equipment in gym not maintained. one of the treadmills did not work. tv screen on treadmill did not work. one work out mat old and dirty. TV in room kept freezing so cable signal did not work.

Clean, quiet, plenty of clean towels. Good TV, small microwave, small fridge worked well. Keurig coffee maker. AC/heat good Good elevator. All good and comfortable, but nothing spectacular.

Housekeeping by request only unless staying 5 days or more. Enough towels were supplied for several days though. Perhaps in an effort to avoid paper, there were no instructions or info for anything. The AC thermostat took a bit of work to figure out. There was no menu or info for the room service. I guess everything could be found online if needed.

The room was nice sized and well appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I was grateful there is on-site dining facilities after a long drive. The menu is limited and the food adequate but the service was fast and friendly.

A machine-made espresso drink is $5.00 and is really was not that good. The machine is located in the lobby. Users need to notify the desk that they are using the machine to be charged the $5.00, otherwise....... Sounds from adjoining rooms were obvious. The water noise especially loud.

I like the location. It is right off the highway but also very quiet. I also like there is free parking. The breakfast was very good, and the service was exceptional.

I would like there to be more handicap parking spaces available. In my room, being a double occupancy for two nights, we were put off that there were few K-cups for coffee provided. There was only 1 K-cup for regular coffee, 1 for De-Caf coffee, and 1 K-cup for tea. We called the front desk and requested additional K-cups for us. Housekeeping came through and responded promptly.

Very clean room! Nice pool area and lobby! Staff were very nice and helpful! Water pressure in shower on 2nd floor room was excellent! Parking was ample and there were 6 luggage carts at the front door for transporting your luggage to your room. There was a little area to buy forgotten toiletries and snacks! There was also a coffee machine to buy different coffee drinks from. They also had a small bar for beer and wine. You do have the option to purchase breakfast or dinner at the property, but we didn’t take advantage of that. We would definitely stay here again!

The room could’ve used a new and more comfortable mattress and the bed frame and headboard was old and dated.

Room looked nice and clean, Bed was comfortable, Nice television, food tasted great (though little selection), breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and welcoming and everything went smoothly with our reservations.

There was a slight musky smell in our room and absolutely no smoke on the property. I agree with the no smoking indoors but a designated smoking area outside would have been nice. Instead, there was a sign outside the main entrance stating no smoking on the property. Kind of an inconvenience for smokers like myself. This was my first time in California so I'm not familiar with the states laws and regulations.

I stay here once a month. I like that it's clean.

This time that I stayed, I didn't like how unproffesional the guy at the front desk was. I think his name was safar or something like that, but the lady that was there with him was very helpful.

I liked how friendly the staff was, as well as how clean they kept the rooms. They strive to do their best to keep guests happy.

The location was a little far from most places, and the walls and doors are a bit thin.

The room was great, clean, good view, Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room service was not available for breakfast, which is when people don't feel like getting out of their rooms. They also took a $50 deposit for incidentals that has not been refunded yet.

Cleanliness, breakfast ,choices, and patio.. Nice touch!

On route to hotel, called for directions and talking to a h uman being was not an option. More personalized attention in this regard would be great!
