The breakfast was good, although there was plenty of seating, we ate in our room. I did like that there was a waiting area and restroom and coffee available that I needed as I arrived early. My computer desk was left behind and I was able to retrieve a couple days later.

That I was not able to check out late, my next appointment wasn't until 8pm and checking out early led up to us checking in to another hotel. The price of the stay was more than what I normally pay, and it was inconvenient to have to check into another hotel.

I took my daughter to see Cal State Channel Islands. Quite the drive from where we are in Riverside County. We we a late check-in. Both of us were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is beautiful and much larger than it appears. We almost got lost trying to find the suite. Breakfast was really good. We loved the suite. The staff were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying here again over the summer.

The location of the suite. It was really really far away from the breakfast area. I guess however, the walk was good for the exercise because breakfast was extra tasty and very satisfying. So no, no complaints at all.

Room was quiet. We loved our room location right next to the laundry and fitness center. Reception was helpful and friendly. Breakfast food was great. Pool was opened =)

The sink in the bathroom was very high (nigher than normal) and my 4 year old couldn't reach to brush teeth or wash his hands. We could have really used a step stool or toddler bench so he could reach up to the sink area. I think that should be provided for families who have younger kids.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it was worn out and needs to be replaced. And i'm never a fan of not having/getting daily housekeeping.

Loved the pool and jacuzzi facilities. The included breakfast was a nice touch as well. Staff was very friendly and brought me everything I needed. Rooms were great as well, everything worked great. I was able to cook some meals and there was just enough supplies in kitchen in order to get the job done for simple cooking.

The first day and next early morning we could hear the guy next door talking/yelling on the phone for a pretty long time through the connected doors. While everything else was fairly soundproof, connected rooms with an adjoining door can hear each other a bit. The hot tub could be better "policed" . We were right above it and had to call in at around 10:16pm to get them to tell people it was closed that were talking/making noises after pool area closes. Some people brought their own music which isn't terribly bad, but honestly not everyone wants to hear people's bluetooth music they bring when soaking. Just want peace and quiet(minus people talking of course).

Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette is very convenient to have. Breakfast was good. Easy to find/access. Easy check-in and check-out.

Room was spacious and clean. Modern facility, looks either new or recently updated. Kitchen in room well equipped with stovetop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full fridge. Large TV. Breakfast was good. Lots of food options and menu changed daily.

I love the full kitchen, especially the full size refrigerator. The square footage for the 1 bedroom was just right.

Although the bed in this particular room was a king size, it was the smallest king I’ve ever seen. I booked because of the fireplace and wasn’t aware there was a huge sunken jacuzzi tub. While the tub was visually attractive, not something I use at hotels.

Hotel was super clean! Staff was very kind and helpful. Appreciate the complimentary breakfast.

I felt the price was high and the location was a bit off and lonely. The location however, served its purpose as we went to Santa Barbara for the day.
