We stayed here during the COVID pandemic and the kitchen facilities were a plus. Also the breakfast buffet was a step above the regular motel fare. The workout facility also is open and well equipped.

WiFi was way below standard and because of all the concrete, cellular service was also inferior. If you need dependable, high speed connections, you may not want to stay here.

The lay out of the room including fully furnished kitchen was very awesome. The beds was comfortable. The living room furniture was saggy the pull out sofa actually had an old popped ballon between the cushions. We did not use the pull out but assumed the linens were not changed.

The dishwasher smelled the door way leading to the patio had popped ballons taped to the ceiling. The patio itself was dirty from Children chalk drawing on the floor and not swept from dirt and dead plant droppings.

The view out of our window was gorgeous. We traveled with our dog and he loved it! Breakfast was yummy and plentiful! Staff was very nice. Our room was a very comfy size.

Maybe switch out the flooring to Luxury Laminate or Tile. The carpet was gross.

I always like the convenience to everything, breakfast, close to pool, outdoor areas.

I wish a few more restaurants were closer but its not bad. I sometimes felt that the front desk was being bothered if I was asking a question / especially about the little food area by reception. I was trying to buy a few things and was asking prices and it was like they were too busy.

The a/c. Horrible. I would not recommend using the auto mode. Just keep it running non stop. The fan stops and we started to sweat, in a while it would start and and be noticeably loud and cold. This happened all night: on and off, sweat and freeze...

Lovely staff. Room was great, spacious, comfortable, clean, not noisy. It had a little kitchenette and big fridge. Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Very good value for money.

One pillow was a little yellow stained, water of swimming pool could be cleaner. Lighting in bathroom could be brighter.

We’ve had better variety at other places. The juice and coffee were excellent. The scrambled eggs not so good. We really love having breakfast offered, however. They also had complimentary tacos on WEs and SAs which was great since we had a late lunch and didn’t want to go out to dinner

The room needed to be refurbished (some carpet stains). The couch was unsittable! The living room lights were too dim. Vanity lights were nice and bright. The second bedroom shower was redone and nice.

Breakfast was good and variety was nice; Room was good, there were stains on furniture and carpet and the pillows were not to comfort of my expectations; the exercise facility was did not have all equipment nor did it have towels or cups for the water dispenser.

Room wasn’t big enough. I came with my son and I slept on sofa bed, I will ask for a bigger room next time. The breakfast was Poor., but you can’t argue with free. The coffee was good. Came for the tennis, The layout of the place is very nice. Parked in front of our room.

Room was to small for me. Didn’t know I would lose bonvoy points by using booking dot com. I paid over $400 a night And might have gotten better value elsewhere, but at this time I will not complain.

Centrally located to many areas in Palm Desert. Quiet!

The bathroom floor tile was cracked and made a crunching sound when you walked on it. also it had a kitchenette which was nice, but only one fork, so if you were staying for a week, eating in would be a challenge.
