Love the hours of breakfast, breakfast was good. Queen beds comfortable, bathroom is very roomy. Lots of lighting. Close to everything. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast was ok -- hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, pancakes available, turkey sausage that was awful, juices, coffee, muffins, plenty of choices to eat. Ice was available on very floor. A/C worked well considering how hot it was there. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was good. No real problems.

Although fairly basic the breakfast was perfectly adequate. The cleanliness was exceptional and all the staff contributed to this. Every member of staff made the stay very welcoming.

The only criticism would be that the pool area was a little scruffy with some old discarded loungers stacked up and left there.

I really liked this hotel. It is clean and the staff are friendly. Good breakfast. It is modern and has a guest laundry which is always good when you are on the move. I would definitely stay here again. Air conditioning was amazing as it was so hot outside, you actually forgot how hot as the room was so cool.

It was very close to Indian Wells and we were there to see the tennis. Breakfast was included.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The view from the room was overlooking a big collection of generators but we did have a view of the mountains!

Good location..nice very clean room and hotel areas. Short of staff possibly as young man who checked us in was on his own and it was busy.but he was very helpful.. professional and polite.

Only real down side was a huge power sub station out the back spoiling the beautiful view of the mountains..

We found under the sheets a bottle of something, looks like they did not clean or change the sheets in the bed.

Clean contemporary and you know what to expect with a branded location. Nice greeting on reception. Breakfast was good. Nice place to stay between San Diego & Las Vegas. Close proximity to Palm Springs.

I like the layout of the hotel and the fact that it was located 5min away from the location we were dining at. The hotel was not fully booked so it was quiet. We met some nice people at the pool as well. The breakfast was ok.

The young lady at the front desk did not make us feel like valued guests. She did not even give me eye contact while speaking. I asked if there were any rooms available that we could upgrade to and she flat out said "No". I believed that since it was a Sunday check in that we might be able to get a nice room since the hotel was mostly empty. When it came time to explain to me the location of the room she spoke so fast that I had to ask twice. I still ended up on the wrong floor/wrong side of the hotel. There was a maintenance guy named Ali who was very helpful and showed us to the room and even spoke to us when we were checking out. In my opinion the front desk staff could use a briefing on hospitality and customer relationship building. It was not a warm welcome at all.

I really was surprised overall about the satisfaction of our stay because we've always vacationed at the surrounding resorts. But this Pandemic has changed a lot for us financially. I was so please at how easy it was to book as well as the cost. No hidden cost. The amount quoted is what we paid. The staff were very happy and inviting and nice. Every staff was wearing a mask whenever or where ever they were inside or outside. That alone put us at ease.The room was just the right size. The continental breakfast was far more than expected. Overall we were so happy we chose to stay here. It was so comfortable and relaxing 2 nights stay. Look foward to our next stay.
