Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Desert

The customer service by the employees is top notch! They are always willing to help. I loved the breakfast and the happy hour, and the proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Center. It was nice having a shuttle to the tennis tournament, but the shuttle experience has definitely gone down since years prior.

The rooms are dated, there's always a weird smell in the room, we had someone else's old towel and sheets in the wardrobe, and the tennis center shuttle ran on a different schedule this year. There were no seats available on our first day, so we drove after that. I feel that the price for the room is high, but the breakfast and happy hour amenities make up for it.

The breakfast buffet was way better than most hotels. The pool was big and clean. The room was big, but the AC didn't cool things down quite enough.

The restaurant was closed until further notice, so that was a bummer. They did have a bar with a cocktail hours, which used to be unlimited drinks, but the day they arrived they changed it to 2 drinks per guest. Maybe they could have changed it to 2 liquor drinks per guest and unlimited beer & wine??

Toilet wasn’t working properly. Windows were very dirty. Carpet had ugly stains.

Room was clean and generous size. Breakfast was good and drinks during fternoon was also nice.

Only disappointment was we were under the impression clean towels would be furnished and coffee and cups would be replenished. Not true as you would have had to request this to get this. No advance notice was given at check in of this policy.

With 3 children really longing for a swim after a long drive from Flagstaff, this was the place to be. With an happy hour from 6.30-7.30pm with free softdrinks and snacks, and a large pool next to our appartment, it is a great place to be. Repaint needed to be done, and i think it is worth it. Shopping mall with Wingstop nearby.

The bathroom are really tight with the toilet and shower on top of you. You can’t get comfortably undressed without hitting something like the wall/ door counter or toilet.

The large kung suite, the pool was nice with the background music. The GREAT party was the complementary cocktail time sitting and talking to others. KENNY, the bartender was excellent with mixing drinks and socializing. The front office staff excellent and all personal I give everyone heads up.

The environment was very beautiful. We as a family enjoyed our stay after we dealt with a few family deaths. This has been a great family mini vacay.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good supply of soap, shampoo and body wash. Breakfast was great. Very well designed hotel.

A bit pricier than I would have liked. It could have had more hangers in the closet.

Everything was really nice Except for breakfast

Breakfast, there wasn't much variety there was no body there to help No coffee cups must of the time you could see people always wanting to get a coffee cup One of the big towels in the bathroom was dirty brown spots

The staff was super friendly. Loved how big the rooms are and so comfy. I especially loved that their jacuzzi actually worked and the pool site was clean and they had towels available.

The extra blanket in the closet was not soft and felt a little ruff.
