I love this place- it's truly something special. The rooms are all well appointed and clean and I love the private patios- the outdoor clawfoot tubs alone make it worth the stay. The staff are so friendly and really take care of you. I love the breakfast baskets- such a cute touch.

My only criticism is that the pool and other common areas could be a lot more peaceful. I prefer to stay at LSV over larger hotels because I like peace and quiet. There are supposedly strict rules about phone conversations, vaping, and other disruptive behavior in the pool area which are unfortunately not enforced. My partner and I unfortunately experienced some harassment at the pool that may have been homophobia-based or just garden-variety jerk behavior, but it really freaked us out. The staff should 100% not have to serve as playground monitors for adults, but I wish they'd intervene when folks get really loud.

We loved everything. The property was gorgeous. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and always going above and beyond. We loved the complementary breakfast the first morning. The second morning they had changed it and it wasn’t as extensive but that was still OK. Loved the little boutique and bought some jewelry together. I wish I remembered the name of the girl at the front desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and made our stay that much more special. Thank you! Lov hey baby

I think my only complaint was that it was pet friendly, and there was a dog in the Villa next to us barking on and off. To me, the “pet-friendly” affected the rest of the peacefulness of the hotel.

This is a small scale hotel, that welcomes its guests full heartedly and wishes to make them feel comfortable for the entire stay. The love for detail in de decoration all over the hotel and in the individual rooms is stunning. The room was large with all equipement one can desire. The bed is amazing, as is the spacious bathroom with separate shower and stand alone bathtub. The room has a private patio, with fire pit and bathtub. The location of the hotel is perfect, right off the main street in down town Palm Springs. The pool is clean and quiet and remains open tot 11:00PM! There is ample parking space at no extra charge.

Pretty boutique hotel in a great location, attentive and welcoming staff, beautifully decorated throughout. Our suite was lovely with a kitchen and private jacuzzi, unfortunately we didn't get to use as it was so hot! The staff were very attentive, especially when it came to keeping everyone hydrated, which I appreciated. The food in the restaurant was good, particularly the tuna tartare (we ordered this countless times). The cocktails were good too. We hope to return when we are next visiting Palm Springs.

We felt the breakfast could use some improvement. I loved the picnic like presentation brought to your door at your requested time, but it lacked taste and substance. The bar closed early at 9.30 which was a bit annoying. I never found a gym

Gorgeous and romantic-villas are very private and I loved the outdoors features. The pool area and rooftop bar were great and the included sparkling wine for our anniversary was a nice touch!

The staff communication was a bit lacking for a place of this caliber. All very polite and friendly, but when I called the property before our stay, the staff said she’d call me back but she did not. I ordered some items for the room on arrival and half of it wasn’t there. They did bring them much later that evening. The included breakfast was hit or miss- the first day they didn’t bring it at all so we had to make other arrangements. The breakfasts we did have were tasty though smaller portions than expected.

This was my second time staying at LSV. It's an incredibly restful place. It's extremely quiet due to the small number of rooms and strict policies.

My room wasn't in very good shape and not nearly as nice as the one I've stayed in before- there were many broken items (shower faucet, other bathroom hardware, etc) and the bathtub was missing a plug and the usually included tray.

Quaint hotel with a wonderful location. Walkable to much of what you would want to see in Palm Springs. Rooms are comfortable.

Staff was a bit non fuss to really help with anything.

Just lovely!!! Room was gorgeous- comfy, quiet, robust a/c, and elegant design touches. The breakfast basket was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had meal and drinks by pool- yummy! Can’t wait to return!

The Staff and the food really make this place from a 7 ( just due to short space ) to a 10 !!! Really impressed with how intimate this experience was, how warm and inviting the staff were, which is huge to us. Super friendly and chatty. The food was INSANE ! SOOOOO good, best food ive had in all the visits i've made to palm Springs over the years with my husband, family etc. This place had THE best quality food. Outstanding !!!

I LOVED the breakfast hamper, ADORABLE, however, It would be really nice to have a little more variety, like fresh pastries, not a fan of the ones offered, perhaps fruit, PANCAKES ???? The egg offerings were very tasty though. I love that there isn't an over priced valet thrown in the price but due to limited parking i think reserved spaces for hotel guests would be a really nice touch.
