The room was a really nice size with a wonder view of the pool (which we couldn't use) & mountains. The location was excellent. Was able to park car at the hotel & simple walk to downtown, restaurants, & stores.

On the morning we were to arrive, I received a text message stating, "Our pool will be closed today 7/5-7/7 due to unforeseen issues, we do apologize for this inconvenience." During our entire stay, we were not able to utilize the swimming pool (temp was up to 103), which was what we paid for with the "resort fee."

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size. Beds, towels and bedding are all very comfortable. The location is fabulous. I didn't realize how lucky I was when I booked it but I definitely want to go back to enjoy more of the restaurants and shops.

The carpet in the hallway between the rooms smells. It doesn't go with the decor of the hotel. It would be nice to have coffee available prior to the restaurant being open. In fact, with so many restaurants nearby, the restaurant could probably be converted to just a coffee bar.

Location! Half block from downtown Palm Springs, around the corner from Gay bar street, beautiful view/veranda of pool with mountains in the background. They are doing some renovation and it's COVID. The hotel bar closed early, the room was very nice, but very little furniture, the caulking in bathroom had not been finished but it was clean. Large tub if you like that we would have preferred a walk in shower. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Excellent location downtown, within walking distance from restaurants, shops, etc. Special mention to Chela, hotel receptionist, whose very cheerful and friendly demeanor answering the phone in the morning, made my day both mornings I stayed there, and also to Alonso, parking attendant. He very kindly kept my car after checking out, while I went to eat breakfast before leaving total. The excellent service both staff members provided is what would make me come back to the hotel for another stay.

the property is in the middle of great fun locations, a lot to do. we really liked the decor of the elevators!

very easy for the rooms casting to connect to another tv or the other rooms, we asked for help trying to set up the casting because we couldn’t understand it. we called they said the gentleman Daniel knew how to do it but was on lunch so to wait 30 minutes. no big deal but then a technician came up (nice guy) explained he was told tv wasn’t working (turning on) but he didn’t know how to do the casting only Daniel did but he just didn’t want to come up to set it up. We could’ve done with just instructions over the phone but 2 employees saying the same name he was just not trying to come up or explain it to us hahaha Restroom floor was slightly wet around shower and toilet as well when we first got in which raised our eyebrows.

Room was well appointed and clean. The mirror in the bathroom was excellent, great for applying makeup. The location was perfect and in walking distance to most of the places we went. The pool was great size, although the water was very cold. The pool area was well appointed but it needs some trees and plants to make it feel more cozy and tropical.

older property so some wear and tear is noticeable but this didn’t impact my stay as rooms are very comfortable. gym equipment requires attention as some were broken. if you have young kids it might be noisy as a nightclub is next to the property and open till about 5AM,but that is an advantage for those that enjoy night life.

Loved the location. Wesley was great service at the front desk and made my check in as smooth as possible, gave me the option to keep my original reservation for two queen beds still or change to a king bed with a pool view after knowing I was there alone due to a friend not being able to come. I extended my stay for one more night and was able to stay in the same room which I loved.

No back door entry or exit to go through.

The location and overall quality of the hotel were excellent.

The pool bar closes too early, at 5pm every day. The restaurant hours are very limited also, there is no room service and there is no snack shop or vending machines. So if you want refreshments after 5, bring your own or be prepared to trek to a nearby convenience store.
