Loved the hotel, was cute and quaint. My wife and I were very comfortable for our stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Great hosts and really clean. Definitely would book again if the blinds/lighting were fixed.

Unfortunately the blinds in the room are venetian slat style and for some reason they leave the lights on full outside the rooms all night so it's very light and bright in the room all night. In our room in particular there was also decorative ground lighting that points directly into the window all night which added to the light. It's an easy fix so hopefully they can sort it out. Power only available on one side of the bed.

The exterior, pool, and hot tub were charming. I parked right outside the fence. It could not have been more convenient. Furniture, bathroom amenities, shower/bath were wonderful. The overall decor was just enchanting. I arrive pretty late, but am told the atmosphere encourages guest to strike up conversations around the pool/hot tub. Sounds like a plus to me.

A few minor details could be addressed. Some minor repairs needed a dab of paint, one part of the floor in the bathroom was a bit scuffed up (a little flap needs to be glued down), and the WiFi information seemed to be missing.

Location was great, view from the pool was really beautiful, all guests were really respectful and quiet, on site parking made things really easy for us to get in and out.

We were told there would be breakfast, but there never was. We went to the area where there was supposed to be breakfast and there was day old coffee still in the carafe. The used pool towels stacked up until they were overflowing out of the basket and they weren't picked up until almost 9am the next morning.

Excellent location. Beautiful outdoor/pool area. Bed was super comfortable. Ceiling fan was great - I need air moving in a hotel room, but the AC worked well.

I wouldn’t say didn’t “like” but the bathroom was very cheaply remodeled. Vanity was falling apart. They provide a glass bottle of water in the fridge but it has particulate in it and tasted foul. Actual sealed fresh bottles would have been better as the tap water smelled foul as well.

Only 10 rooms meant we had so much privacy and access to the pool. It was quiet and never crowded. Beautiful view and perfect walking distance to all of downtown. I could have morning coffee in the hot tub with the sunrise and an afternoon cocktail by the pool, never having to wait for a spot etc. staff was awesome, very responsive and friendly without being overbearing.

The air conditioner in the room worked really well. Temperature stayed perfect at all times, day or night. The pool was delicious. The water felt good and it was the proper temperature. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was great. The atmosphere was good. It was quiet in the evenings and night.

Surprised that they did not account for people that drink decaf - in the breakfast nook or in the room. We really needed new towels but were not offered them. The pool towels were scarce.

Terrific quiet location right next to main drag, wonderful pool and killer relaxing vibe/music during the day. The direct view of the mountains poolside is worth a lot. Service at front desk and housekeeping was really nice.

A few wonky features of my room (A/C wasn't working) and very thin walls (it helps that this is an adult-only place). It's not a frilly place with access to room service (food/drinks) or anything; the main thing is that it is clean, pleasant, and you can chill out by a clean, well-maintained pool.

it’s beautiful and the location is perfect!

the only issue we had was we rented the suite.. it has a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. a mini fridge, microwave and dishes.. but NO sink! so we had to wash and rinse everything in the bathroom. we just found it super odd!

My room was great. The property is very relaxing, due to the 21 and older policy, with all the rooms facing the pool and courtyard. The Three Fifty is located close to everything in downtown Palm Springs.

The pool lounges were situated on concrete that was not treated with cool decking and very hot. Though, the surrounding area was cool decking.

I love this place. I’ve stayed a number of times. It’s very comfortable. The location is perfect. They have a nice simple morning breakfast. The staff are accommodating and kind. I have absolutely zero complaints. Ons of my favorite places to stay especially for the price.
