smooth check in, front desk was very helpful/friendly.location was great,we could walk to resto from italian, mexican or american food plus about less than 10min walk on main street where its more tourisy spots/art works and more restos. pool was clean,we mostly at kids pool but it was clean and my kid loves it as the water was warm since its summer.

the adult pool area at that time was too loud, with loud music on and guests are swimming drinking and yes having fun but it was during the day though so maybe they allow it, good thing we moved to a different room far fr the pool because we like to take naps from a drive before heading out to explore.

Great location, right in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly, rooms although a bit dated had comfortable beds and were clean.

We stayed from 01/10 through 01/14. We did not have a microwave in our room we noted that our friend who stayed in a room near us had one not sure why we didn't. We also didn't have a house phone? We understood that due to the pandemic that there would be limited maid service however we would have appreciated being able to access fresh towels, coffee and tea refills with condiments and to have our trash emptied with out us having to run up to the front desk to request this, occasionally we were able to ask a housekeeper if they were in the hallway, it did get a bit frustrating after our third day.

Good location and friendly staff. Nice pool area and the rooms are just the right size if your one or two travellers.

Price was too high for a somewhat normal Motel type. Granted, Palm Springs is not a cheap place but this was a bit too pricy for what you get.

Fantastic location. No frills but also quiet which is really helpful considering its location. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and it's within walking distance of downtown.

The air conditioner was either ineffective or freezing. But in Palm Springs that's not the worst problem to have.

Excellent location. Clean room and both of my requets we're met. Helpful on check out- I left a package when I checked out- talked with Richard and he helped me greatly.

Paid for room with a pool view but could not get. I was asked to pay an additional fee. What's that about? I'll remember that.

Downtown location perfect, no need to drive anywhere after your car is parked. Room lighting was excellent, no waste of electricity. Bed was firm and comfortable. No daily housekeeping service was fine, but you can request towel exchange. It was nice that coffee & tea packets were in the room since no continental breakfast was available.

Just the bathroom needs upgrade it's to yellowish old .. saw too many ants in bathroom

the staff was friendly. I asked for a shower chair for my mother who is handicap and 1st floor to accommodate her. we went across the street to get food came to room, the shower chair was in the room and the parking was near the front door. the beds were very comfortable, very clean and room were roomy

Room location in back of hotel was quiet,except when water was used in other rooms.Door latch,lights,TV and faucets were found in working order.There were plenty of parking for car nearby.

There was no hotel telephone in room.Room rug needs to be replaced.No room for sitting comfortably.

Close by all the shops, restaurants and casino. Clean, decent price and very accommodating. Very nice people at service desk
