So, we stayed here in 2019, there is no coffee pot in the room, I don't like the half shower, needs an entire door, valet was professional, front desk was professional, room was clean, balcony is small, not private and this room is not a suite. The Tv would not get local channels except the last night...we were there 4 nights. It's in the heart of downtown, close to great hiking, casino, Spa and restaurants, which is nice, but it's overpriced...

Half shower door, no coffee pot or Keurig in room, unacceptable, 90 percent of Americans need their coffee...fortunately I don't, but my husband does.

reality, whilst ok from the outside and the lobby area is done well, rooms are not special (and whilst I get used (and pleased)) to modern floors such as stone or wood in many cool hotels outside the US, the Rowan, as other hotels I stayed in in the US, still like carpets…) if you book „mountain view rooms“ be aware, that this also includes the view on a huge parking lot…I preferred the city view. Pool area is „overfurnished“ and not relaxed at all.

This place is Modern, air conditioned an always super stylish!!

Maybe I thought this was a adults only hotel. Not the hotels fault, that’s on me. It was always full of adults and was calm and sophisticated and vibing. There were a lot of screaming kids there recently which might impact my future stays. Again, NOT the hotels fault, definitely my fault for not checking to ensure a relaxing stay in Palm Springs in the future..

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The mountain view was amazing. The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The gym is the bomb. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Every staff member we encountered from valet, restaurant and check in to the hotel was amazing. The rooftop is the bomb, beautiful staff, pool and food amazing. The restaurant is the bomb. I like that it sits on a side street, kinda secluded. I met some wonderful guest there too. Can't wait to come back. I love I was able to take my morning walks and meet beautiful people that live in the area.

Great location, clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. You can get credit on check in if you decided to not have maid services which we liked. I would definitely stay here again.

First night there, we heard weird noises running through the pipes. It didn’t occur again for the others nights of our stay.

The location is great! Walking distance to most places we wanted to go to! The staff was friendly and quick to reply to requests, the hotel is beautiful and clean!

We stayed on the 2nd floor, so it was a bit more noisy than I expected. I believe we were on top of the Juniper kitchen as well as noise and construction from the street. The black out shade wouldn't shut all the way so light would come in the room. I would also say the room is pretty dim, not enough lighting to get ready in and do makeup, etc even with all the lights fully on.

I love this hotel… great design, very clean, well maintained, food all around for when you’re hungry, a GREAT gym… perfect location… going back ASAP!

I think the late night menu could be a little more robust

We stayed at the hotel 20 times/I love the pool. The renting of the bicycles. And killing it in karaoke. At the gay bar around the corner. Hilarious. However currently the hotel is unreasonably overpriced. Not sure if it is the Biden a fact which hopefully will be over in a couple of years horrible horrible president. So many mistakes.

The price of the room could’ve been much much better

Loved the location, and the restaurants at the hotel. The happy hour was great and the service was above and beyond. Valet was very polite and speedy.

The shuttle option was a bit disappointing for the amount you spend to stay at the hotel.

Great design, beautiful lobby and room furnishings. Right in town next to museum. Pool is fantastic and fun. super comfy large bed.

Lacked water filters on the floor and coffee making facilities in room. wouldn’t advise a “mountain view” - it’s basically the carpark. go for city view .
