The accommodations and the varied artifacts around the property.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but the location wasn’t anything spectacular. We did have an issue with a room service order. My wife order a meatball appetizer from the menu. After an hour of waiting we called to learn the server had tried delivering it to another room earlier. Another order was sent up, but the meatballs were undercooked. When called down about this we were connected with the restaurant manager who handled this superbly. We ended up going to the restaurant for dinner and the manager comped our meal for us.

interesting about the owner and his special reasons for the art and the meditation areas. So many great things already set up for fun like the horse shoes, bocci, ping-pong, the pool was lovely and a beautiful pizza oven by the pool. I loved the room and cleanliness. Such a special place to stay.

The restaurant was good, but I think the chef was new and the menu might need a little shifting to the new chefs liking. My duck wasn't what I expected, but the stay was so special and the pizza at lunch was excellent so that I would have that next time and be completely happy. The wait staff was excellent and had been there for some time. Very experienced.

In general, it is a beautiful resort, art pieces, sequoia piece with more than 2000 years, vineyard, cute alpaca and sheep. it’s location is also good, close to Sensoria and the famous Eberle winery. We travelled with toddler. the resort provided a good wood crib. Free EV charger.

Room is old. Carpet is dull. The pictures in room are very cheap and do not match the room style. There is no bathtub but just shower. Every art piece is good. However, the hotel mixes them together, from Roma sculptures to stone Buddhas, from Asian cabinets and chinas to old sequoia piece. It reminds me of Colonialism. I think it is OK to display arts with different styles. however, it is better to zone these arts.

room was spacious and well appointed. check out was warm and professional, valet customer service was excellent.

check in was in personal, and routine. dinner options were limited. Upon sitting at the bar an hour to be table seated, seating process was in-personal. no mention of complementary bread and oil which appeared to be offered to other diners. When seated, server suggested a shellfish option which disappointing for both myself and my husband. I am vegetarian with shellfish allergies and all pizza options were unavailable.

The hotel is stylish and elegant, full of nice pieces of art. The pool at night was magnificent and also the Jacuzzi area. The gigantic chess was really nice, the beautiful patio, the fitness area also. We had also a wonderful and inexpensive wine degustation. We also loved that it was pet-friendly, even though we had to leave our dog in Europe.

The quality of food at the restaurant was good but not excellent. The electric recharging plugs should be better monitored and organized to allow more guests to charge.

The staff and Manager of the resort exceeded our expectations in regard to service. They went out of their way to help us feel at home and to make sure we had all that we needed. We travel quite a bit so to feel so comfortable with an at home feeling was such a blessing. There was free and convenient parking. We will be returning to our now favorite Vinyard resort! Thank you all so very much.

Our room was excellent however, just outside our patio was a wedding party. Was understandably so, but very noisy. We will ask for a different location in resort next visit.

The pool guy was fabulous and those that brought drinks/food out were kind and helpful. Loved the room and it’s location on the grounds

The front desk hostess wasn’t friendly and we saw her a couple times while roaming about the property she never said hello. The car service was slow. She tended more to her side work than the customer. I seldom complain but we don’t think we got a great experience this time

Everything was up to par and more than what we expected. Upon checking in, we had a choice of patio view - we choose the patio opening up to the vineyards. It was recommended being early risers -- we were able to view the morning sunrise. Walking the vineyards along the olive trees were nice. The property is absolutely gorgeous, relaxing and especially liked the thought that went into the architecture and zodiac areas for peaceful meditation, etc. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was big/nice, complimentary wine was an added touch, and robes/slippers provided for use were amazingly comfortable. We bought bottles of wine after the wine tasting. Since they do not ship to Hawaii, staff helped with gathering information for us to individual ship, and a shipper box for packing wines for safe travels back home. They were busy, but nonetheless, graciously assisted us.

The only comment that we had were the flies lingering the outside patio area of the Cello Restaurant. We elected an early dinner at 5:30 p.m. at the outside patio and flies lingered around. The server mentioned it was unavoidable and it happens occasionally. This was nothing to the fault of the Allegretto, but just something to mention. Dinner portions were big and nothing less than exceptional. We were able to bring in a purchased Allegretto bottle of wine to have with our dinner and corkage fee was waived. Now, that was a plus!

We love The Allegretto, very accomodating. Our 2nd visit, we brought my brother and his girlfriend here and they loved it. The room is very spacious and we love everything about the room. The vineyard and grounds are very beautiful.

We didn't like that we couldn't wine taste because of the event for members only was going on. I feel we could have been warned. We ended up going downtown tasting and bought over $300 in wine. We didn't like the room service fees.

Spacious and well maintained. Impressive venue.

Restaurant breakfast price. I got charged $30 for tea. They charged $6 per tea bag for two pots of hot black tea! A pricey restaurant already includes overhead for the space and service and therefore the charge should not be by each tea bag used. This is highly unusual and was not made clear on the menu. I was disappointed that the charge was not adjusted even after I requested.
