This hotel is all about the serenity of the landscape that surrounds the rooms. By far, the gardens make this hotel feel so different than others.

There were some gnats in the room and we did not have a remote control. It took awhile to get the remote control. I called then had to go to the front because no one helped me. I finally received help. The gnats thing was just a little annoying, but I chalk it up to the gardens bringing in them in, so I was ok with that. And there were only a few. I would stay here again.

The rooms were great, and it's walking distance to all the restaurants and bars downtown. The rooms were very clean as well. They also have a beautiful courtyard to sit and read or hang out in, and nice pool, and a great bar and restaurant on-site.

The layout was a little confusing with all the different buildings, and I had to park a little bit away from my room in the building I was in, but even that wasn't that bad. More of a VERY minor inconvenience if anything.

Great Location across from a park, walking to many restos and cafes. This property has been here for quite a while, so it's somewhat "historic" but mostly in the lobby and bar area upstairs. Room was fine, if basic. The best thing about this property is the extensive gardens right outside our door. Many rose bushes in bloom, other gardens, koi ponds, manufactured 'streams' and lounging furniture scattered about.

Maybe could use more personalized decorating in the rooms, to make them more quaint and add more character.

We were upstairs in the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and the room was excellent. We especially liked the fact it had a table and two chairs where we could play cards and eat. The room even had a microwave and refrigerator with a Keurig coffee maker. The pool and jacuzzi were right downstairs too! We were in walking distance of the beautiful downtown square as well. We loved it and wished we had booked another night. Will definitely visit again.

We have stayed here before, mainly for the location and the value. We like that the Inn is on the main square and we can walk to restaurants and shops. We love Il Cortile restaurant, right around the corner. The room was comfortable, there is a refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Staff was very helpful. If we needed anything, we just had to text or call and it would be delivered to our room quickly. The grounds are really nice. It would be nice to have more seating areas for more than two people.

We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was pretty terrible. Oatmeal was like gray water. This hasn't been our experience in the past. Our friend's room was so small there wasn't room for a bedside table on one side of the bed(so no lamp either)

We loved this Hotel! A pleasant surprise! Beautiful landscape and well appointed rooms.. the staff were kind, friendly and helpful! A short walk to the Main Street.. We will be returning!

If I had to say one thing the bed and pillows were really hard and not comfortable for either of us.. not a deal breaker .. will bring our own pillows next time lol

The girls at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. When they heard about our anniversary and that we had just been dropping our daughter off at college they gave us an upgrade. They said we deserved something special. They were both so sweet and recommended restaurants etc. just a very above and beyond attitude. We can’t wait to visit again!

Outdoor spa tub lived up to expectations. Had a great view of the courtyard. Also really appreciated that they use Ivy and we could chat with reception via text. They provided a very helpful map of the downtown tasting rooms near the Inn, and also had very cute branded water in the room which made for a nice souvenir.

Some spiders snuck into the room (ceiling), but overall very lovely.

This hotel was so beautiful! The grounds are so well kept and so serene. We really enjoyed our room which was very comfortable and quiet. We opted for the King suite with the jacuzzi tub on the patio and LOVED it! There are curtains that you can keep open or shut for privacy and the tub fills up pretty quickly. We took our baby for her first little swim in the tub. Great fun! The location is outstanding, right off the highway and tons to walk to. I really feel like the price was a great value given the quality and location of the hotel.

Great location in Paso Robles downtown. Walkable to everything in the town. Grounds were nice for our son to walk around in. Great family friendly location. EV charger was convenient.

One Tesla and one J1772 charger means all chargers were often occupied. On several occasions I noticed a hybrid parked at a spot fully charged for the full day. Some additional chargers would be great, even if they weren't free. Rooms were a little small. Would have been happy to pay for a larger room.
