Holiday Inn is always a sure value for cleanliness, comfort and safety. It didn’t disappoint. Really dog friendly not like other places that tolerate dogs… Great breakfast included.

In the industrial part of Paso Robles. Walking distance from the center but didn’t feel 100% safe at night for a woman alone. I was also given a two queen beds room instead of a king bed room. That was annoying. I was told it was a booking.com overbooking -and never heard back from booking.com about it so that was annoying.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was yummy and exactly what we needed to get the day started. Staff was always very friendly and made the stay at the hotel enjoyable. I would definately stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent. Location was reasonably close to downtown.

The breakfast place was very cramped, parking was bit challenging and our room was right next to the room service room on the first floor and the cleaning crew was talking so loud early in the morning that it woke us up - that was not a good experience. I think the hotel should reconsider having a service store room right in the middle of all the guest rooms, I have never seen this kind of arrangement in any other US hotel.

The bed was perfect, the most comfortable bed ever. Really friendly and helpful staff (Clayton) & the ladies that take care of the breakfast station. Continental breakfast was great. Nice patio area with a firepit. Decent sized pool & a good enough fitness center.

Parking gets a little tough later in the evening.

didn’t like being told by the initially unfriendly woman at the desk that we couldn’t change out of our ‘accessible’ room ( she said only difference was that it had a bell.. which def was not the case), because we’d booked thru a third party. i said we’d booked thru a third party because it was cheaper. Our understanding was that we were booking a king room… after i messaged, she eventually moved us to a double Queen. didn’t love the attitude. or the first wheelchair room. Re happy hour.. we both are fine with beer but the woman serving was super unfriendly. Nice staff at breakfast and in check out.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel and room were also in a quiet location. The staff were charming and helpful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. Nice to have breakfast included. There was also free beer and wine Monday to Thursday.

Terrible use of single use plastics at breakfast, environmentally unsustainable. It didn't feel like good value for the money.

The room was extremely nice and very big..loved the wet bar area.The breakfast both days was awesome nice selection..the sausage gravy was better than the gravy I had at at a restaurant the day before in Morro Bay.Nice beer happy hour too and the staff extremely friendly..we will be back!! Also walking distance to a few restaurants if you don't feel like driving.

The breakfast items provided a great variety. The women who put the breakfast together were very nice and friendly. They kept everything very clean and plentiful. The only negative, but not horrible, was a dog barking across the hallway. Only during the day, never at night. So that was ok. Staff at front desk were very friendly, happy and helpful.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, very updated! The lobby was so open and nice, staff was all super sweet and friendly. Breakfast was great, like a full on breakfast!! Fresh made pancakes, eggs, biscuits & gravy, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, good coffee, tea and cocoa options. 😃 The room was clean and very spacious! Great bathroom lighting, full length mirrors, accommodations were great; even had a keurig in the room! Comfortable for my family of 6, real roomy. And the USB ports all over the room were very convenient as well. Not to mention the little store at the front desk with anything you forgot to bring. And it was only 5 minutes away from the Vina Robles Amphitheater! 😁

Our “view” was an empty lot and some train tracks, lol! I suppose there’s not much you can do about that though. 🤷‍♀️
