Pros: Love the location and the staff, everyone is welcoming and sincerely friendly and happy to help. We have stayed here several times, usually in a King Room, but they are upstairs and in the back, hard to load and unload cases of wine from wine tasting without an elevator and a furthest from the pool/spa. This time we opted for a Queen room to be on the first floor, close to the jacuzzi and could park right in front of our room. We love the jacuzzi, it's usually empty so we make a small charcuterie board and bring it, plastic wine glasses and a bottle of wine spa side and enjoy the spa immensely. Also we really like the large bathroom with the separate lighted vanity and the recliner chair.

Cons: The queen bed seemed smaller than a queen, more like a full, but we could be crazy and just used to an Eastern King at home. We agreed next time to get a double queen so we both have our own big bed to sleep in after snuggling. Another issue is the ceiling fan rattled and was loud. Honestly they are small issues considering the great location and the price.

The bed was comfortable! I am a side sleeper and prefer a softer, pillow top type bed and this fit the bill. The grounds were very well landscaped, which made for a welcoming feel. They have reading lights over the beds, which is nice when you are sharing a room with others. Bathroom had dual sinks, which allowed us to be busy with coffee and such while someone else was in the shower.

The shower/bath tub appeared to be a fiberglass insert and it was not solid under the bottom, so it gave a smidge while standing in it. Just unsettling at first step. If it had been closer to the downtown square, it would have been perfect. We usually walk to dinner downtown in Paso, but this location would require you to walk thru a part of town that is more industry and not well lit, even though it is only a mile away. We chose to get a ride.

The location a few blocks off the Freeway was convenient and quiet. There’s a lovely pool, fresh cookies and muffins in the office, nice staff. The room with a queen bed and sofa, coffee table, comfy chair, desk with chair, wide screen TV with excellent channels, mini fridge, coffee maker, bathroom with tub and shower was comfortable and amazing value for only $107 a night. Wi-Fi was excellent as well as plentiful outlets to plug in devices. Several good restaurants and a Starbucks only a block away. The main downtown of Paso Robles with all it has to offer a less than 10 minute drive. It is a very easy derive to all wineries and Sensorio on Hwy 46.

We liked everything.

This is an older style motel that has been renovated to a high standard. The rooms are in a well-maintained complex with a pool and the rooms are cosy, comfortable and decorated beautifully. Our room was spacious, with a compact bathroom and comfortable bed. We were super thrilled that they actually serviced our room which seems to be a rarity in this post-pandemic era. It’s in a good location just off the highway and a short drive from downtown Paso Robles and the wineries.

Breakfast is nothing remarkable – it’s just pre-packaged bakery items which you have with coffee in your room, but there are cookies available from the lobby in the afternoon.

The rooms were clean and looked as described on the website. Had some nice amenities like a fridge, a make-up mirror and a coffee machine. The Inn is in a good location, close to where we needed to be.

I ask for an early check in months in advance. Room was not available when I asked and front desk seemed a little indifferent that we needed to get dressed for a wedding. They would not tell me when the room would be available or if our room could be one of the first to be cleaned.

This is an affordable in option in an area where decent quality & reasonable don't go together. This isn't a luxury property, but our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was good. Lots of TV channels to choose from. The shower and bathroom were quite surprisingly good and well stocked for this price range.

Front-desk personnel didn't come across very professionally. And you can hear quite a fair amount of noise from the parking lot -- although things were quiet during the sleeping hours.

Well appointed attractive room, with a fine bathroom, the large light framing mirrors were great. Easy parking right outside the room. Conveniently located around restaurants and gas stations.

Two big problems. Spectrum cable was indecipherable. The Inn's directory had old useless channel list. On-air guide wonky and limited. Cannot go directly to a channel because they are designated with a dashed number, like this, 11-2. So the simple remote won't get you there. I mentioned it on my way out and they know there is a problem. and were doing something. Vending machines and ice are in the fenced pool area. On a sunny day or pleasant early evening there would be no problem. On the 60 degree wet night the entire area was too dark. Almost missed a step. No excuse for guest security and insurance purposes.

Location to the event center for the festival. We liked how close the stores were (AM/PM, McDonald's, Starbucks and etc.). We enjoyed the get together the hotel allowed the guest to have at the pool.

One of the bed covers had a black stain on it. The bath tub had some long hairs when we checked in. Also, the bathtub was old and floor of tub was wavy and felt unstable. The rest of the room was fine besides that.

A large, well furnished, clean room with plenty of space. The refrigerator was large for a hotel room. Everything was updated and comfortable. No noise, comfortable bed. The hot tub and pool area looked great. Kept up very well. We didn't use the hot tub because it was pretty cold out and we were tired from wine tasting.

I honestly can't think of anything. The cookie and little pastry in the lobby were just meh, but they were free. It is so nice when a hotel exceeds your expectations and provides a great value. I will definitely go back.

BED, Room was clean.

wifi and cable TV was not working properly for tv, and wifi not at all on first night of stay. Our stay in April/May was 500+fees and stay for this time End of Sept, was 700+. We stay here these times every year and have been doing this since around 2016. I do think return customers should have some sort of discount and i don't understand the big jump in cost. sometimes the stay is under my name or sometimes under my working partner, but there should be some way to track and assist returning customers.
