Checking in and out were quick and easy.

At check-in the amount being pre authorized was not disclosed. Late evening/early morning I was notified of the $150 pre authorization hold was charged on my bank card in addition to my one night's stay. I informed the employee when I checked out and she released the hold however it was too late and my bank will take a few days to credit my account back. The only other thing was the toilet was not sitting right. It moved a little.

Our first room smelled very badly but the horel quickly accommodated us with another non-smelly room. The room had a kitchen so whoever cooked food, the smell of it still lingered and we had the privilege of smelling it when we arrived. Not a problem because our next room had a much of a more appealing smell. We liked the breakfast and different options. We loved the views from our room windows of brightly colored trees during our stay. God is a miracle worker! Such beauty!

Primarily, I felt, for the first time, part of Paris’s world. Leslie was a dream. David was the man. Brittney charmed us to flowing butter. Was able to shot hoops for first time in 35/40 years. Finally got one to tickle the net. Architecturally, I thought the edifice stunning. Breakfast was a huge delight. All staff and amenities were outstanding to outrageous. I saved the patio till next time. Our room arrangement was intelligent and commodious. The television was programmed generously and superbly easy to manipulate. Wholisticly, it a grand twenty!

It was much too far from Alameda. My having to leave for lack of an additional $225.23. That it took me this long to stay. Folks suiciding with tobacco within the frontal landscaping. I couldn’t make time stop once within my assigned room.

I am an insomniac who slept a solid nine hours in that dark, quiet, cozy suite! Breakfast was tasty considering it was buffet. My husband and I have dietary restrictions of sugar and salt but found several healthy items to satisfy us...harder to find low-salt than low-sugar. Coffee excellent. Staff efficiently refreshed the food choices. Dining area pleasant with seating spaced apart for comfort and COVID safety. We didn't think to bring our swimsuits...next time; the heated pool was empty. Clever electricity saving method...took us a minute to figure it out; when you enter the room, there is a wall rack for the key card. When inserted, you can turn on the lights. This feature does double-duty in that you also remember to take your key card with you.

A few oversights for a new hotel but didn't interfere with our relaxing stay. I couldn't get my Kindle to connect to the internet. I didn't want to bother to find a fix at the late hour so just read on my iPhone's small screen. The towel rack is over a gap between the sink counter and the wall so, of course, a towel immediately disappeared into that space! All women would appreciate a magnifying mirror...attach it to the wall to prevent someone accidentally taking it with them. The TV faces one chair only...no view from the bed or sofa. We didn't watch TV so didn't care but someone else might. Although the bedside table lamps have sockets for plug-ins, they don't have USB charging ports. Other Hilton-run hotels where we have stayed have this feature.

Beautiful rooms! Super clean and perfect for a family. My room came with a kitchenette and you can cook. I basically had a 1 bedroom apartment with a pullout bed/couch and a living room with 2 TVs. Hotel service was extremely kind and I love the new technology here. Very pleased with Homewood suites! By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. And so worth the price, affordable luxury with great amenities.

Our room didn’t have a bathtub, only a shower so that makes it more difficult to bathe little ones but over all it was everything I expected and more!

The staff was friendly,, from the front desk to the housekeeper to the maintenance man. They were all stars!

There were only two large luggage carts for the entire hotel. They were both in use and after waiting an hour, I had to take multiple trips trips to load my car. I have a one year old, and originally filled two large luggage carts upon arrival.

The manager working the desk was very nice, polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't realize I was booking such a nice suite.

The coffee maker wasn't the best and the bathroom floor was a bit slippery but I am nitpicking. Seriously for the money I was impressed.

Homeless around the property. One was in back digging through trash.

The property is newer and beautiful! The hotel and my room was very clean! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stayed in the double suite and the room was huge, with a full kitchen and sitting area. Smart TVs so you could log into your Netflix which was a huge plus. Beds very comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast was grab and go style which was still great. Everything was prepped and ready to go. They had a wide variety of items from yogurt, hot oatmeal w fixings, bagels with a variety of cream cheese, fresh fruit, variety of cereal with milk cartons, hot breakfast item (I had chorizo and egg burrito), muffins, danishes, fruit smoothie, juice and milk, and a coffee bar. I was honestly impressed and disappointed that I only took advantage of the breakfast on the last day of my stay. My three night stay here was lovely and if I ever need a place to stay in this area again this will be my go to.

The only downside was the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. It did have pots and pans and a few cups. I think maybe because of covid they don’t have utensils and dishes. I did not ask the staff for any so I can’t say if they had some to lend out. But there is a 99 cent store very close so I just got a few things from there which was no biggy.

I got in late at night and left really early and each time the staff were so kind and helpful. The security guard waited outside with me and made good conversation when I had to wait for my uber at 3am alone. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt safe.
