The room was very, very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was over 100 degrees in the area on the day we arrived and it was so comforting to know the A/C system was upgraded & worked great! We arrived in the late evening (after an 11 hour drive from Washington). We were exhausted, so we were very grateful to be greeted by efficient, very friendly Hampton Inn staff.

The breakfast tasted good, but seemed to be skimpy. There was always a wait for replenishing the two hot breakfast items. They didn’t put enough out, so after 6-8 or so people served themselves, there was another 10 minute delay waiting for them to bring more. Then that cycle would repeat itself, so people would just leave without the eggs and potatoes that were being served that morning. This was during a normal busy “breakfast” time with many guests. I guess you get what you pay for…it WAS Free. HaHa.

It was adequate, nothing to write home about.

The front desk person was no where to be found the morning of check out and had an attitude when he was notified by the kitchen towards myself. We waited a good 10-15 minutes, which is totally unacceptable. Also his dress attire went with attitude. If this is the best the Hilton/Hampton could do then I would never recommend anybody to stay there.

Plus: great breakfast was freshly cooked each day with different items to choose from. Fresh baked cookies daily. The hotel was conveniently located to food and shopping, and attractions. Easily accessible from the freeway. The area was quiet and secure. Clean large room. Friendly helpful staff. 24/7 coffee bar.

Pricier than I usually pay to stay at. The spa was closed due to repairs. The a/c in the gym was broken.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower. Pretty standard hotel breakfast served (with lots of room to sit and eat). Arrived after a 9-hour car trip, and loved how cool, quiet, and comfortable it was.

The room could have used a little more cleaning. Nothing horrid, but a little untidy, especially the bathroom.

Mostly what I expect of a good hotel-clean well appointed room, comfortable bed, nice linens, quiet location and good quick breakfast. Close to highway and restaurants and other points of interest

Only thing I didn't like is that they raised the price during the car show week. I paid 237.00 for the room the day after same room was 159.00 .that's the only thing I didn't like.

Very nice room, far more than we would normally request, but at the late hour it was the only room available. Breakfast was fine, staff very friendly, courteous, and professional.

Price. More expensive than we normally would have, whether at a Hampton Inn or other brand.

The room was great. Good breakfast; and we had several choices for dinner within walking distance.

We left at 6:45 am and noticed the lawn sprinklers on between the two sidewalks at the end of your building. A significant amount of water was spraying onto the concrete and running into the storm drain in the driveway. Given our drought, I expected there would be a concerted effort to insure water is not being wasted. Other than this issue, our stay was very good.

We can always depend on Hampton Inn to have friendly, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms. This time the breakfast seemed even better than usual with delicious little omelets and roasted potatoes. The location is convenient for freeway access and nearby restaurants without any freeway noise.

Some guests were not wearing masks even though requested by the hotel. I realize this is difficult to control, but Shasta County has the highest Covid case rate in California.

I like the location as it’s far enough from I-5 to be somewhat quiet. It’s also close to a few good restaurants which is always nice.

The property is quite dated and needs a serious interior upgrade
