The room was very quiet and a good size also the bed was comfortable, We liked the outside courtyard, with space to sit and relax. The restaurant next door was definitely worth a visit.

Very convenient for my reason for visit. Walking distance to my exam site. Excellent restaurants very close, Excellent location!

No TV remote in room. Staff did bring one fairly quickly, told us how to program it and left...but it didn't work. Called desk and was told we would get another. Called 20 minutes later, still no remote. I was told staff were too busy to bring one but I could go get one...so I did and it was fine. Toilet tank slow to fill so couldn't always flush for several minutes (10-15) someone else used it after use also water was running in tank on and off all night ( rm 123). All in all though we enjoyed ourselves, waffles were GREAT...we would absolutely stay again. Staff was very pleasant

Spacious rooms, we were on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. We were very comfortable in our room. Breakfast was provided and there were several options available. The lobby was decorated very cozy for Christmas and the staff was very friendly. Very centrally located to many restaurants and shops and Hilltop Dr. Was also lit up for the holidays.

This is not a huge deal, but there were not many outlet options in the room to plug things in without having to unplug the lamps and such. We have a 2.5 year old and needed 1 plug for her white noise and another for just one of our phones. The side tables by the bed had no extra outlets the only other option was inside the bathroom. Some hotels have lamps that's offer additional charging space or clocks that offer charging ports. There was a nice desk and work station and even that space did not have an outlet available that we could see.

The checking in and out process was very easy and the staff was friendly. We got offered a room with a view, and the toiletries were name brand as well. The pool looked clean and if it wasn’t 112° outside we would’ve probably used it as well.

The only downside was that some doors were exit only and you could get lost if you go off sequential room numbers. The signage helped a bit in this regard, though

The bed was very comfy, the pillows weren't all alike, which was good to have a choice of firmness, the pool was sweet, the AC worked properly, we enjoyed the tub/shower combo (vs just shower).

The upholstery on the chairs in the room was well worn and stained, but still usable. There was no juice at breakfast bar, I might have like packets of oatmeal, but that's not a big deal.

no exhaust fan in bathroom, shower curtain rod installed upside down,the bump on the curtain rod should be on the top to keep the shower curtain closed, the shower curtain kept sliding to the middle on both ends. the coffee maker leaked. Otherwise it was a great hotel!!

Great value, great location. One friendly and extremely hard-working woman seemed to be keeping the desk and housekeeping tasks running all evening.

Visibly dirty carpets need a deep cleaning stat. Toilet bolts were leaking in one of our rooms. Card readers at the exterior doors and pool gates were very finicky.

Comfortable bed and chairs, especially appreciated the recliner in addition to the 2 other chairs. Appreciated staff bringing me new pillows after I reported an allergy to feathers. Also appreciated the variety of teas, the lemon water, and cucumber water. Poolside furniture is basic yet comfortable.

More fruit choices with the breakfast. Allergy to eggs makes breakfast challenging. Appreciated the bread selection. Coffee was mediocre though appreciated the half-and-half.

room is spacious and clean and comfortable , air con is good breakfast is continental and has many choices, coffee lacks coffee taste but tolerable, Bed is okay although I like it firmer

There was only one staff at the counter when I arrived. He was on the phone for 15 minutes or so handling a customer complaint and we have to wait for this time. But I believe the staff has done his best under the circumstances.

Pool was nice on a really hot day!! We were there during the heat wave of summer 2023. Breakfast buffet was very good. Convenient location. Close to good restaurants. Room was clean & comfortable.

The main ice machine AND vending machine was not working.
