The property is conveniently located in the downtown area near a myriad of restaurants and within close proximity to the University. I like the cleanliness of the facility and guest rooms. The buffet style breakfast is very good with a good variety of foods to suit guest needs. We enjoyed the sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs and toast. There is also fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and cereal. An added bonus is Starbucks drinks on-site available 24 hours although I did not get to partake in this amenity during this visit. The staff is very accommodating and professional.

The only downside is the cost of parking at about $20 per night although there is an attendant available 24 hours so I can’t complain much about that.

The rooms are large with an area with a couch, tv monitor, desk, coffee/tea maker, small frig that is separate from that of the sleeping/bathroom. The breakfast buffet is varied and has healthy options. Fresh fruit and natural fruit-flavored water are available in the lobby 24/7. The location is particularly nice as it is within a few blocks--easy walking distance--of the museums and restaurants we like. Lots of little shops and cafés nearby. There are electric car charging stations in the parking lot. The staff members are friendly and helpful. This was our second stay. We will return.

The oatmeal. It has a "gluey" texture. Nasty.

Always stay here when I come to town for my daughters dance competitions. Love the free breakfast and the room is spacious.

My only suggestion is that you notify guests upon check in about the overflow parking you have available. I got back late and had no where to park. I had to pay to park at the other hotel across the street. When I went to the front desk to request a refund for one night of parking, that's when I was informed about your overflow parking lot.

Hotel staff was very kind and friendly, complimentary breakfast was delicious. Especially the fruit provided for yogurt and my kids loved the little cereal bar . Pool was accessable with room key that makes it private for hotel guest only I loved that. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel the food lab was expensive but lots to choose from and very delicious. Overall very kind staff that made us feel very comfortable.

Shane at the front desk was great in helping me check in my son and his new Bride early and place their overnight bag inside. Was able to obtain the room key to give them at the Wedding Venue. They were able to walk around Downtown Riverside with their wedding party and not worry about driving or carrying around their bags. Also, they said the breakfast was great.

Everyone was friendly from staff to other visitors. Breakfast was great! Room was clean. The parking attendant was such a sweet heart very accommodating he made sure my daughter got a upfront parking because she had my grandbaby with her...I didn't get his name but he was working Friday night Sept 30 when I checked in..I wanna tell him THANK YOU! For that..I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay and it was very easy to check in and the employees were friendly

the parking was really hard and very limited space on this property. the bathroom smelled like sewer but it was clean. the smell just didn’t sit well with us

it was close to where my son and daughter in law or attending a conference. A block and a half away. Which made it very convenient for me to communicate, and be with them as much as possible.

The only drawback was that the temperature in the lobby is extremely chilly. But a light sweater or jacket cured that.

loved the amount of space the room had for traveling with a group of 5! super easy to get around

elevators were really slow. also if you dont park in the hotel lot, you have to park in a separate lot about and walk about 3-5 minutes back to the hotel

Location was great, had dinner at Mission Inn, went to Proabition for food n drinks. Teens loved the heated pool, breakfast was great in the morning. We stayed 8 days, there's no room service so u have to put your trash n dirty towels outside your door. The pool towels are bigger n last a couple days 😉 staff was helpful n nice

Parking should be included ih n price. We just parked on street, they have free parking for certain times, n we would just wake up early n put quarters in to pay when needed.
