The location is calm and surrounded by restaurants, shops and pharmacies. It was affordable at a time when everything was really expensive. the place was clean and quiet.

It was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable it was like the Tempur-Pedic or memory foam type of bed. We got a good night's sleep.

Bathroom needs to be updated several things that need to be fixed. Window would not open to let this steam out from using the shower, some of the walls were cracked and some of the sheerock dust and particles on the carpet. Too many people standing outside smoking marijuana, but I guess as long as they're smoking it outside and not inside the room is good. Don't like the smell of marijuana never touched it never will!

I liked the location. The staff was very helpful. The cleaning staff was there when I needed them. It was a clean room. It was quiet. I parked my car in front of my room. I had a room for handicapped and it had all that I needed. Even a captioned TV.

What I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer.

Very FRIENDLY STAFF THAT IS APPRECIATED. ONLU CONCERN IS BATHROOM WINDOW DIDNT LOCK and was open when I arrived. I put it back on track but still wouldn't lock. Also there wasn't a chair the room.

I like the staffed the lady that helped us out was very informative very nice and very patient and I will stay there again if I'm traveling in that direction

Good solid choice that is good value for money. Beddingwas clean and the room was services each day. Room had a fridge, microwave but no safe. I would stay there again in future.

Floors were a bit dirty. Breakfast is still under covid conditions as a grab and go which is just a money saving exercise at this point for the property owners. This should be fully restored. Never had this scaled down version.

The location was conveniently located and easy to get to. The staff was polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was ready by the time reserved.

My only thought is that the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and new or better maintained toilets. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We were told the computers were down when we registered. We received a few calls from the front desk asking us to go back to the office with our credit card and ID's. My wife was in a wheel chair and that was very difficult to do. She authorized me to register us with her credit card but the front office still wanted her to come and sign. That was very difficult for her to have to do.

We needed to print our boarding passes at your hotel and we were told that your computers there too were not working the day after we checked in. Very inconvenient to have to go outside your facility to find some where else to use their computer and/or printer.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was pretty comfortable and clean. They have nice ammenities if you had kids or a longer stay.

The room was a bit run down. The room had clearly been cleaned, but there were many stains.

The room is clean comfortable and ready when promised. The bed is comfortable. The only detractor I can think of is that the breakfast was a cold sack breakfast with sugary foods I can't eat. A Buffett style would be perfect.
