Really nice room, bed sheets were clean, good water pressure in shower. Loved that there was a fridge. Front desk staff was always pleasant each time I went down, and I liked how they had Starbucks options and a bar. I'm not a breakfast person so I didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast, but it looked decent. Plenty of free parking, and I also loved that there were a few restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

A microwave would've been nice. Also, I was a little disappointed when I tried to order some food that was displayed on a menu right inside the little café area and was told they couldn't make half of the items listed because the fryer was broken....So it made absolutely no sense to me to advertise them. There was also this nice little seating area I noticed when walking outside, but it appeared to be closed off. Would've loved to hang out there for a bit.

The donut holes were actually were great. We made breakfast tacos and they were perfect.

The breakfast area could have been better cleaned up during service. The pancakes were not great and they ran out of the donut holes mid service. We also could have used another roll of toilet paper in the room. We had one and one half rolls and since it was the economy type paper, it ran out pretty quickly.

Ck'd in after midnight coming from a concert nearby. We mainly used the space to unwind and sleep for the night. Space was great size and comfortable. Staff was really nice.

Sink for bathroom was across from the bed and not in the bathroom. Small closet space for luggage

The layout of the room, excellent mattress, separate sitting area and desk. Breakfast was included with good choices.

Convenient to our destination. Centrally located between shopping centers and restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable. Very good value.

the two beds and the pull out couch gave us plenty of room. It was nice and clean and upkept, and the bathroom had a good size and allowed pets and even had pet bag, pet free meal, that was really nice. The bed was comfortable, and clean and nice. I like the little fridge, countertop, the little table and coffee table. The items in the room were great. The mall was close, there are many places to eat around there, there is a place for kids with games and things right around the corner, plenty to do and see in the area, Sam's Club nearby and Costco is across the street, the area was very safe, nice and clean. Would stay here again.

I wish the hot tub was open just a little later so that we could have used it.

The ice machines were out of order and the media room was not available and I needed to use both, as I didn’t bring my laptop because they had a media center and I get there and they had none for us to use as it was under construction and they had no functional ice machine our entire stay except on the 3rd floor

The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was attentive and quick to respond. The maintenance and janitorial staff were also very friendly. The hotel was undergoing some elevator renovations, but signs were posted explaining everything. The breakfast was very good and the coffee and snack bar downstairs was well above average. The pool area was fun and accommodating for a large gathering. The ingress and egress points were smooth and trouble free. The location is great next to a huge mall and great wedding venue. Restaurants and stores are literally minutes away.

I would have liked more places to hang coats and such. A few more coat hooks would have been great. The drawer space and closet space were great, but since this hotel accommodates so many wedding parties, I'd recommend more hang up space for dresses and suits.

The location was good but due to construction on the access road, difficult for walking. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have soap in the room with the sink, though when asked the staff provided us with some. The breakfast was mediocre. I appreciated being able to purchase Starbucks drinks.

The bed was somewhat lumpy and the sheets wrinkled upon our arrival.

We had a problem with the mattress in the bed sofa. It was full of hard springs. The reception staff were fantastic and wanted to get it changed asap however the maintenance guy put up a real fight as didn't want to help at all. He made is very difficult for the receptionist who was clearly doing her best. The guy eventually agreed to change the mattress and also agreed it was in bad condition!!
