Flamingo Inn

Spacious room, with a refrigerator. AC worked great. Always nice to have more than just 2 pillows. Friendly staff

I love that we had everything we needed in the room. Motel is located in a great area of the city and it has a lot of stores and restaurants close by.

I didn’t like that there was loud people talking outside the rooms in the early morning causing people to wake up. We are there to rest not to wake up to arguments/disagreements.

I love the check in process. Employees are so nice. Defintely like staying here cause it so quiet and comfortable and the rooms are spacious

The gentleman who was helping me out was above and beyond kind and very understanding of want NO SMOKING he assured me I have nothing to worry about. The room smelled and looked amazing I was so happy with the stay me and my girlfriend had. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you again (:

Nothing because on my opinion Everything was perfect

I was looking for a motel room with a hot tub inside and found one here. The jets are fully customizable with adjuster rings around each one that allow each jet's intensity to be individually adjusted. It's an actual heated tub; I filled it with 63° water and it warmed to 87° inside of an hour. The controls were a little confusing but I figured them out. The tub even has a light underneath the water that can be switched on or off independently of the jets.

All I disliked about my room was the firmness of the bed (I have a much softer bed in my house).

It has always been a nice play to stay but the new furniture has really improved the look of the rooms. The staff is also really friendly and willing to help without a hassle. There is also plenty of parking. There is also a safe in the room.

No fridge or microwave in the rooms, but there is a communal microwave, so it's ok.

I like that I was attended by a very well and respectable gentle man. He handled business very professional and made me feel welcomed and accommodated all my needs and made sure I was checked in quickly and given a freshly cleaned room ...I would recommend this motel to everyone and anyone who likes to feel like it's a home away from home room for the nights being .. I give it a two thumbs up .

I have no negative things or comments so say about the flamingo inn. And this is why it is always sold out the staff makes you feel at home and have no problem with giving you new freshly washed towels etc... I'd definitely go back.. it's spectacular...really

How nice the staff was

The 1st room was not clean. Looked like someone had slept there and shower. It was not cleaned. But they gave me another room and waived off the deposit that I didn't know

Location, close to Universal studios

The cable channels, didn't have signal, and spent lots of time trying to figure out what was wrong, until someone from the staff fixed.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and kind. Helped me with my request and was one of the best experiences when checking into a hotel. Professional and great customer service.

If I could say I loved everything I would... But unfortunately the people in the room next to mine were being extremely loud and they had at least 5 people in the room. At one point they even started knocking on the wall and asking for us to come join them, not knowing I was a LAPD officer. Myself and my fiancee just turned the TV on and to a level that drowned them out and we fell asleep eventually. This though is not something against the establishment itself but had to do with disrespectful guests so all in all there wasn't anything I didn't like.
