I want to make sure that management knows how lucky they are to have such a friendly and hardworking staff. My husband and I from the first day of check in had a positive and welcoming experience. Charmayne at the front counter is very helpful and patient with any issue we had. We were also fortunate to meet Mr. Augustine the maintenance man who was very friendly and polite. We noticed even on short staff days housekeepers were keeping busy and doing their best to make sure rooms were being taken care of. We will be back sooner than later and definitely let family and friends know that Super 8 is a dependable place to stay.

The only thing that could have made the stay better was if the pool was up and running, we did notice that it was being matienance and was assured by Mr. Agustine that the property was working on getting it up and going.

When compared to similarly priced hotels in the area, this one is the nicest. You can walk right next door to Los Altos for some yummy Mexican food or about a block if In & Out Burger is your thing.

The breakfast is basically just bread, cereal, yogurt & juice. I usually just have coffee. The biggest down-side is the close proximity to the highway. It can get a bit noisy, but no worse than the other bargain hotels which are also right along the highway. At least you can walk right next door to Los Altos for some yummy Mexican food or about a block if In & Out Burger is your thing.

The room was great and clean also. Pretty much everything was perfect! It suited all of our needs. There were also plenty of clean towels and the refrigerator was a nice size.

The one thing I didn't like was that we had a do not disturb sign on our door and we were away they came in anyway. That's not a huge deal but I didn't like that.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We requested to be roomed on the quieter side of the building because of heavy traffic and they satisfied that request. Our TV wasn't working and they immediately moved us into another room which worked. We enjoyed our short stay at Super 8.

Except for the TV problem, everything was great.

One issue was there is no visitors allowed in the room unless they stop to give the office their license. Our daughter was going to dinner with us and came to our room to wait while we go ready. She did go to the office and present her license. Never had a place state 'No Visitors'

Good reception and clean room. Only drawback was the Saturday night drag racers. Even with ear plugs and a white sound app and the fan I could hear them all night. I wasn't there Friday so I don't know how it was. Sunday was quiet. Just keep that in mind.

I was grateful for the coffee and what was available. Staff was so kind and helpful as I a disabled senior. Extremely helpful. Housekeeping was terrific when I needed or asked for anything. I will return when back in Salinas. Thank you Super 8. 💕

I was very satisfied. No complaints. Everything and everyone was great. I'll be back. Thank you all for making my days a great stay.

the bed was comfy

my room wasn’t ready by 2pm I arrived at 3:30pm Still not ready. Jasmine told me she would call me as I left to go eat. I had to call back at 5:30 to find my room ready and I was given the key then. There is still a chocolate ice cream clump in the freezer. I was told it was just a stain but it wasn’t because later it liquified a bit. I hope they clean that up for the next tennant.

Continental breakfast. Manager (?) pleasant and went out of his way to make sure we had enough breakfast.

No guest laundry, even though there's a sign stating that there is one.

The location clean quiet will most definitely stay again I stay in salinas once a month will book here again

No coffee pot in room lol or cups to the front office don't charge me cause ain't no coffee pot in the room.
