Pretty much everything. I really liked how quiet it was and that they are dog friendly. Exceptionally clean!

The breakfast was very limited. I guess they didn't get their delivery so it was only cold items. I do wish they would keep breakfast open a little longer also.

Absolutely will stay here again. Stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed with our kiddos and absolutely loved it! It was clean, relaxing and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious (cheese omelettes, potatoes, sausage and a whole array of bagels and breads and cereals and yogurts and coffees). The hotel room was set up beautifully and the staff were so pleasant about getting us extra blankets. This hotel exceeded my expectations!!!

Nothing to complain about. I really loved it all.

Free breakfast had several options and the hot dishes switched each morning. There was a lot of space in the room which included a whole kitchen. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They never seemed bothered by the questions we asked or the requests we made.

Just a few very minor inconveniences: The driveway into the property had several big dips and bumps. There was only two towels and zero wash cloths in our room when we arrived, and only one roll of toilet paper.

The rooms are big.

I was staying here due to an emergency, I live in Crestline ca, and the roads were closed due to snow fall. I used booking.com to reschedule my reservation to cancel 1 day because the road was finally opened. The website said you contacted the hotel. They said they never received the email. I have been staying here at this hotel for over a week, extending my visit until the road was opened. They are saying I'm going to have to pay for the extra day .

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean. My previous hotel had a lot of road noise. This hotel was much quieter.

I noticed a sign that implied the front desk would not be available after midnight. My previous hotel sent a shuttle to pick up from the airport at 1 am (it was close to ONT). They were there within 20 minutes of my call. The driver told me he was happy to get away from the desk. My flight was delayed. If I had been going directly to Homewood Suites, I am not sure what I would have done. They might have a method for off-hours check-in as other hotels do, but I was surprised the desk was not staffed. Also, I tried to get a cork-screw at the front desk and was told that the only cork-screw was broken. I got into the bottle with a knife. The kitchen in the suite had utensils, so the cork-screw was an obvious miss.

The room was clean & to my satisfaction, I enjoyed The continental breakfast it was perfect. The Housekeepers were helpful and pointed me in the right direction to get to the dining room.

I am still waiting on my deposit of $50.00. I have not yet been refunded my deposit that they stated I would receive within 7 -10 business days since the deposit was paid by debit card and not by cash.

location mostly and it was a suite room concept with kitchen although we only stayed for 1 night.

the bathroom sink was draining very slow, we didn’t report because it was just a one night stay and we made use of the kitchen sink instead. but someone should look into the bathroom sink drainage. that’s why I only gave a 9 star instead of 10 star.

Clean, comfortable stop for us to spend the night and break up our 12 hour drive. We were promised a first floor room because we travel with bikes, but this fell through due to a couple breaking into what should have been our room. Hotel management and security took care of the squatters, but we ended up on the 4th floor needing a couple trips to get bikes upstairs. Good hot breakfast in the morning.

We were slightly inconvenienced, but not due to hotel.

Breakfast was great with decent variety. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable

No paper towels, dish soap, or dish rags in the kitchen. Staff provided dish soap on request. The couch hide a bed was not very comfortable. One ply toilet paper was a little stingy.

Large room, quite and comfortable, pet friendly, very clean, friendly staff, plenty of food within walking distance, easy access to the freeway

Nothing at all to dislike but suggestion for the next renovation would be normal adult height toilets with soft close lids.
