The studio is very cozy and clean and located perfectly next to San Diego's largest Balboa park. Everything is in close proximity, so I enjoyed a lot of walking around. Downtown is near, and so is Hillcrest with all the fun places. The apartment itself had everything needed for a perfect stay - huge sized comfy bed, towels, bath accessories, and all other necessary items. Checking in and out were self - and stress free, as you get the access codes for all the doors.

There is not much that I wouldn't like about this place. Maybe only the landing airplanes sounds might be disturbing for some people, but I didn't find it problematic.

Bed. Not too soft. Very comfortable Clean thoughout. TV had streaming accounts logged in (dont know if on purpose or in error, but came in handy!) Water: Hot! Quiet! Bright Parking: free!

Steps. A bummer with a large suitcase. It is what it is though. Install a solution to keep the shower curtain up. It was very flimsy and kept falling. Theres a $10 gadget on amazon that stucks to the wall and supports the shower curtain ends. Try that.

Location was very convenient to downtown, Balboa Park, Little Italy, and the Gaslamp Quarter. Building security was very good (we felt safe). Studio was very spacious for 2, and had a nice view of downtown. Studio was very well-equipped with a TV, small table with chairs, mini-frig, microwave, sink, utensils, dish soap, scrubber, and towels. Bathroom was beautiful, spacious, and functional, with high-quality towels and washcloths. Internet wifi worked flawlessly. Even though the building was on a flight path to San Diego Intl. with jets flying very low overhead, the studio was remarkably quiet.

Area surrounding building was a bit sketchy, with more than a few homeless people nearby. Nobody bothered us, but the morning that we left, our car (parked out on the street) had 2 flat tires. I don't think I ran over anything that would have caused that.

Location was handy to everything but without transport luckily we were able to walk to downtown as it was a bit further than thought. However 5 minutes to airport. Our room was beautiful and security made us feel comfortable. When we arrived we were grateful for help with bags to our room on 3 rd floor. All staff very helpful.

A very well maintained studio looks exactly like picture. The host was very nice and helpful. It was quiet and if you're a walker or driver there are many places to eat and shop. I felt very safe there is a gate code to get in then a door code to get to room lastly there's the room code.. there wasn't a lot of homeless around the apt building and I felt safe being outside at the later parts of the evening. Over all I would definitely visit again when going to San Diego

There's no elevator and my place was 3 flights of stairs I definitely got my cardio for the month

Studio was spacious and very clean. Plenty of room for two. Studio in a building with other apts and units. About 2 short flight of stairs to room. We found free street parking and lucky for us, no parking enforcements on Sunday and holiday. (Parking in garage $30 a night if available.) Car was still intact next morning, yay! We felt safe walking at night to Little Italy (about 15 min walk). Watch out for (dog? human?) poo on the streets. Table and chairs made it easy to get take out and eat in, especially with how crowded Little Italy was. Kitchenware with plenty of plates, mugs, wine glasses for use. Studio came with dish soap and sponge. Bathroom spacious. Standing shower came with shampoo and shower gel(both not drying and had nice scent!). Towels were soft. A/C worked well. Overall, great deal. Would stay again.

nice and clean apartment in very nice location. we left the car close to the apartment at no costs an kept walking the whole time

We couldn’t find a hair dryer in the apartment. that was a little uncomfortable as today every hotel has one, we didn’t have one with us. The walls are very thin and you can actually hear the neighbors speaking. Luckily, everyone was mindful and quiet to not disturb anyone else.

Location right along Sixth Ave. Walking distance to Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo ($8 Uber if you don't feel like walking). 10-min drive to the airport. Beautiful room, very clean and modern. Getting in and out of the place was very easy using the code they emailed to me. Will definitely stay again the next time I come to San Diego.

We loved this property. Very Clean and spacious. We love everything and how safe and secure it was. Super clean and tight. Highly recommend.

Just change the check out times. We got our door knock so loud and it was barely 10am. I love it I just hope to get 1 more hour at least :)

The location was perfect for my meeting. It was only about five blocks away. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and off street parking option. The owner/managers were extremely friendly and helpful.

I can't say with enthusiasm that I did not like it, but the two flights of stairs to my room was a bit of a challenge. This means I have friends I could not recommend as a place to stay.
