I liked the fact that it was a newer building, recently renovated. Everything was clean and kept up well. I loved the location as it is literally next to Balboa Park. Though the building is situated under a flight path, it did not bother me as I could barely hear the planes go by as the windows are double-glazed. They did leave you earplugs just in case. I had a view of the park which was really nice too. I did use their underground parking which was nice. The Wifi and A/C worked great! I will surely stay here again!

Very modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Clean.

The area seems quite sketchy, we were unsure whether it was safe to park in the street, but private parking costs extra. Downtown is a 20min walk away. Due to the airport, you cannot only watch but hear the airplanes.

We liked the location of the apartment. It was easy to travel by car or walk to what we wanted to experience in San Diego. We were greeted by the staff immediately upon arrival. They offered to help us carry luggage, and addressed our request for secure parking on the property. They also answered questions about the city that were helpful for us first time visitors. The studio apartment was very clean and included everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. We were happy to have secure entries. We recommend that future renters request secure parking space on the apartment property.

We were disappointed that there wasn’t an elevator in the apartment bldg. Our apartment was located on the 4th floor, making it quite a workout to haul all of our belongings up the stairs. The apartment is located in the path of the airport. We had airplane noise but it subsided during sleeping hours, not bothering us.

The location was super convenient, close to Balboa Park and the Zoo. A CVS is very conveniently located right across the street. The hosts are super accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and spacious.

If you'd need to work and run zoom meetings from the place it's not very convenient. It doesn't have a convenient work corner and the wifi was not accommodating zoom calls with multiple cameras on. There were no hangers in the closet and no coat hanger. The main downside is that you have to see and hear the plains approaching the airport. Air traffic is pretty consistent but stops around midnight and starts around 5.30 am.

I absolutely loved the apartment complex and how everything has a code so there is no need for a code. We were greeted by the I believe the owners of the apartments who were very nice and helped us out:)! I’m super grateful for staying here and I can’t wait to come back here!

They could probably change the pillows because they were too big for my boyfriend’s and I liking but really other than that I have no more complaints! And there is a step in building one before reaching room 1-B that needs some fixing I almost fell from it 😅. But I loved my stay ☺️

It's a perfect location for me. Even though, there is not lots of parking Spots on the street, each time I came back to park there was one available. Could see my car from room window. Compliment water bottles in fridge. Convenient cvs very near, so if I need to pick anything up I forgot to pack it's a quick walk to make purchase.

Having to walk up the stairs after a 13 mile run.

This was a nicely furnished, spacious, and very clean apartment. Getting to the conference center (7 min by UBER, 25 min walk) and into downtown San Diego was easy. The Wifi was good, and the staff was very responsive.

The owners provided earplugs for the night, which worked well, but it should be noted that the airplanes fly relatively low over that property.

Great location, plenty of parking, easy access. The apartment is clean, modern, and renovated. We were very happy with the choice.

I'd appreciate more towels in the room. Two towels per person is not enough for multiple days, if we walk around in the heat, go to the beach, and need multiple showers per day.

Great space and furniture, close to downtown, attended all the expectations! Also a great tem of professionals and near to great spots.

The only minor point is not having an elevator, but it’s not a major problem.
