King size bed with great comfortable mattress. A full size living room was spacious. My apartment was very clean and the apt. looked new!! Good shower, 5 minutes from the San Diego zoo by Uber. On the corner of the biggest park in San Diego(Balboa Park).Seems to be 10 minutes from all, baseball stadium, airport, etc.

No elevator, so if your in a “C” apt., you are on the third floor, (A,B on 1 and 2 respectively, etc., and you don’t know your assigned apt. until your arrival or at least, I didn’t.

The proximity off the highway and to airport. The location next to Balboa. The size of the place. It’s also a short walk to little Italy. It’s an apartment style although I didn’t check if it was fully equipped.

There were hairs next to toilet that made me feel like place hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Walls are thin which means you’ll hear not only the planes departing but the neighbors as well. Check out time at 10 am seems early compared to most 11 AM check out at hotels.

The King size bed was soooo comfortable. The bedding was soft and warm. The towels were of 100% Turkish cotton and were so thick and fluffy.

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent and the room is clean and decorated nicely. Our only one personal issue is the stairs. The facility does not have an elevator. This can be difficult if you have any physical challenges. My husband and I are not in great shape and we stayed here for 7 days. We would stay here again, but probably on a lower floor.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Free street parking was across the street and it's located next to Balboa Park.

Wish there could have been a bathroom counter, and more than one towel bar in the bathroom. Although Little Italy is only a half a mile away the return up hill walk is very strenuous.

Great location and amazing price. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. I would much rather stay here than any hotel in SD for that price just because everything feels like new.

A bit confusing to get to the apartment, but just because culturally im not used to using codes and multiple doors. It was a no brainer though. Also you could hear at times your next door neighbors, but again, im culturally not used to US thin paper walls.

Staff was helpful. My husband uses a walker and we had no idea that the apartment does not have an elevator, but is a walk up and we were on the 3rd floor. Staff helped us out upon arrival and when leaving. This was appreciated.

Location convenient, nice private garage. Host was kind and helpful. Room was clean and had all the supplies we needed, from shampoo, to toothbrushes and coffee.

If I had more time, would have explored to see what is available around via walking distance, didn't immediately spot any grocery stores, if so would be nice to know.

Add said free parking, parking was not free. Had to pay 20 dollars to park.

Property is spacious all while feeling Cozy, Minutes away from Downtown an Hillcrest. would recommend this stay

Was advertised as a one bedroom but there is no bedroom. Run down and pretty disappointed with the whole experience. Fan didn't work in the bathroom, TV was mounted crooked, marks/scrapes all over the walls including some blood marks.
