Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming. I’m from San Diego and know that there are a lot of homeless who wonder into places, and here you needed a key to get in. so I appreciated that, especially coming in so late at night. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were super easy. And we did appreciate Caesar, the robot bringing us waters. My husband and I travel a lot and their beds and pillows were some of the comfiest we’ve slept on. Even more so than some 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in.

The only thing we didn’t like was the loud noise from our AC unit. It kept the room quite dry too. But that was the only thing.

Location. Close to walk to many places and the Mexican restaurant right next store was AMAZING!!!

parking for TownePlace Suites wasn’t connected to the hotel, but wasn’t too bad of a walk.

our mini studio was so clean , and as we enter our room its was so fresh and so nice the staff are nice and helpful 👍.. for sure my family will come back again in here..

the only draw back is the breakfast, im hoping its a hot breakfast but instead they give you in to go box , recently ived been on a couple hotel with breakfast and theyre serving already a hot breakfast.. Parking lot is not attached to the hotel they shared with other hotel.. so you have to go out and walk to your hotel..

Very big room with nice facilities. Me and my brother each had our own bed. At the entrance of the room there was even a small kitchen area with a big fridge, microwave, dishwasher... Which we did not expect! There was a large TV, Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, varying from day to day, which we appreciated a lot. Both the room and bathroom were clean with all the amenities you need. The shower was great. The hotel has a very modern, sleek look, and there is also a robot that brings you things that you need, such as toilet paper or towels, and it was super fun to interact with it.

You couldn't open the windows. The location is kind of on the border with neighborhoods that sometimes (e.g. in the evenings) don't feel that safe (there were quite some homeless people nearby or strange-looking deserted vehicles on the parking lot opposite of the hotel... But these things are also normal in downtowns). The parking lot of the hotel is in another hotel next to the TownePlace which is maybe a bit inconvenient/unpleasant at night, but it didn't bother us too much. I would still recommend the hotel.

I needed a quick stay before driving back home and I initially had a different hotel booked but with terrible luck I needed something else. I found this spot on a whim, the reviews on both booking.com and yelp were great so I booked a room on the spot. I was expecting a one room one bed type hotel but I was very surprised and pleased with this towneplace. The fully stocked kitchenette, couch, small closet all felt very close to home. It provided all the necessities that one might require. The price was affordable and I would definitely come back and use this facility for my next stay.

There were a lot of little things that we loved. These little things made the difference. Staff very kind and welcoming, breakfast area was open and comfortable, little courtyard was intimate, pillows ad mattress were more comfortable than most places, the suite had everything we needed to feel like we can easily prepare foods, there’s a great breakfast place right next door too, the apps on the tv also made streaming easy, the place was within walking distance to everything.

The parking structure had really tight corners.

The room was a bit smaller than I thought but It was wonderful. Amazing view and delicious breakfast 🍳😋. The parking garage is horrendous. Do NOT go in there if you can't drive well!!!! Wayyyyyy to small! Cutting corners better be your strong point!

I like the location in town everything was either walking distance or a very short drive away. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Room came equipped with so much a multiple night stay.

Parking structure was small dark and there was only one elevator at one side of the building. So parking at one end meant a long walk in the dark and little to no safe walk ways.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Good number of choices and it changes every day. The hotel is located close to restaurants and attractions. Parking garage is next to the hotel. It is gated/secure which was good. Just be careful driving to each floor as the turns are very tight. Parking is charged per day. Since the hotel is located downtown it is nice, they have a parking garage.
