The staff was excellent and the morning coffee was delicious. The room was comfortable, although our TV broke the last day, but the hotel comped us $50 for the inconvenience.

At this stage of the pandemic, I think that the Residence Inn could provide a buffet breakfast! We have recently stayed at other hotels in the Bay area and back East where the hotels are now serving full breakfasts! We don't like the grab and go breakfasts when a "breakfast included" is indicated in the advertisements. Also, the hotel should say that parking is an extra charge!

Love the room that is large with small kitchen. Facility looks pretty well taken care of. Breakfast included in the plan. Hot breakfast and hot coffee / tea are great!

Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was great. Bed was comfortable.

Room was noisy with the air conditioner on with the air intake next to the bed. Warm with it off. Didn't realize there was no room cleaning unless you stayed 7 nights or more. Didn't know I had to pay $18/night to park.

Room was clean, great kitchenette, beautiful accomodations.

I did not like the fact that there was very few cars that could park for free around the front of the hotel, so I had to pay $18 for parking (per day). It was a cost that I would have preferred to know about before renting the hotel room so I could have made better cost comparisons when searching for hotels in the area. But I was still happy with my stay.

Belle at the front desk was wonderful. The first night, our room was very noisy with outside noise. Belle helped us secure a better room and it met our needs. She was professional, courteous, and personable. An asset to the property.

The location is right off the highway. Even though we had to pay an extra $15, Parking was great! So worth it! Breakfast was a bag and go, BUT very tasty and good! The room was spacious, however, we got a handicap accessible room, which wasn’t what I requested, but nonetheless it was a nice room. Only downfall was that one of the window shades was missing the motor to close the window shades, we had to force it shut and the remote controls for the window shades were not in the room. Otherwise the hotel, location, food, and everything else were great!

Breakfast was OK but because of Covid we could not serve ourselves which would have been better. The location would be better if it looked out over the pool area which was right there but blocked.

The room had a good size with a comfortable bed, sofa , TV and clean bathroom.

Parking has a charge of $22 and the kitchen was too small.

We loved our stay in Del Mar. The facility was clean, parking was easy. They provide a bagged breakfast which was fine. The thing we loved most was the two bathrooms in the two bedroom suite. Very rare for a hotel, but made things easier on our family. We would stay again.
