The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect.)

The room was small with little room to put anything away. We were there for six nights and basically living out of a suitcase. A bureau would have been nice. The only closet was a small utility closet. There was a safety bar in the shower but it was under the shower head, not the side that most people use when exiting the shower.

Great location. About 20 mins from downtown San Diego, 30 from Legoland, and 20 mins from the San Diego Safari Park. Perfect location for our family trip. If you need a location to centralize your to-do trip, this location is worth it. I would book again.

I requested housekeeping for my stay, but never once did someone come by. Lost of communication somewhere? Perhaps. Maybe next time.

It was clean, good location, nice staff, coffee and water available almost 24 hrs a day. Pool and spa clean and maintained very well. Slept well.

We couldn’t open the window at all to get some fresh air. Very little storage area for our clothes.

I liked the size of the room. The extra sink was great for washing bottles and the fridge worked really well. The breakfast was good and it was close to restaurants, the , and gas station

Clean, quiet, good location near freeway and some restaurants. Friendly staff especially Breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly.

Air conditioner in room rattled with noise but got used to it.

Having to pay for parking. Upon arrival, TV cable was disconnected and so were lamps. Was able to connect easily though, so wasn't really a problem.

breakfast wasn't great , wasn't bad . the location is perfect, close to I 15 , but not to noisy, all in all , a pretty nice place to stay for a week. 2 thumbs up

out of everything , your breakfast could use a waffle iron . you really should fix the elevator, it makes allot of noise, or don't put any rooms for guest next to it.

This hotel was great for our needs, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We did not spend much time at the hotel, as we were just staying for one night to attend a wedding party. I very much appreciated that the hotel allowed us to check in a few hours early. The room was larger than I expected, and included a mini fridge, sofa, and several other amenities. The location was convenient for our stay. If we visit this area again, I would like to stay here.

It would have been great to check in at 3, not 4 since we had to attend a wedding nearby. Now we had to get dressed in a car. I tried to call your front desk at least dozen times, but it always said user busy.

Bathtub was rusty around the drain. Top protective layer was gone so tub appeared dirty. Mattress could have been more comfortable
