Great location, convenient plus a ton of restaurants nearby

It doesn’t say anywhere that they charge your parking spot extra. I have no inconvenience with that, I’m used to it from staying at other hotels nearby. But the fact that they don’t tell you until you’re there tired with your bags and wife just waiting to finally get to your room and rest makes one feel utterly cheated.

The room size was perfect and I loved how they provided you everything that you needed like extra towels, pots, pans, and cooking utensils! The parking lot feels pretty safe in comparison to the other hotel and motel lots in the area. Other tenants were generally respectful and quiet. I also love that they're dog friendly as well!!

Night shift front desk team seemed a little cranky but that's to be expected.

The room was nice, I enjoyed the fact that it had a kitchenette and full sized refrigerator.

They never replenished the plastic cups, and there was not an available ice machine. When I asked about it, nobody told me about the ice trays in the freezer that I found the day I checked out.

I loved the fact that they have a kitchen in the room and they have washers and dryers that are open 24 hours!

I didn't like he fact that twice in a row the room keys didn't work!

Having stayed with Extended Stay America numerous times in various cities, I have come to know I will always enjoy a pleasant, clean facility with a small kitchen. This property in San Diego far exceeded my expectations. It starts with a great location on Hotel Circle, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Seriously nothing. You won’t find the ambiance of Hotel Del Coronado but you will also not be paying $750-$1,000 plus a night!

Only had Coffee.

There wasn't any USB ports in the Hotel.. Even the TV's wouldn't work. Hard to imagine that in today's time for computer or Cell phone use.

Staff was prompt and very upbeat. They have been a delight to be around on my stay here in hotel circle the laundry is very convient

When first arrived we were greeted by Suzanna who was exceptional and went above and beyond for us.

Our bathroom sink didn't have pressure for hot water.

My check in was great! I’m visiting from Texas so I needed a kitchenette and extended inn was perfect for that. The front desk associate was so kind and helpful!! She went above and beyond! During my stay I was cooking & it set of the fire alarm. 2 associates came to my room(one being another front desk associate) & walked inside the whole room looking around. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel! Also, during check out the same front desk associate was working including (I’m assuming)the manager & they were both extremely rude. They didn’t even smile. I had issues extending my stay. The manager told me there would be problems if I had guests. Like I mentioned, I’m visiting. I will have visitors. Definitely won’t be wanting to come back because of the way they made me feel.
