The room had a good amount of space for three adults and one child to move around. Had a couch,, two tables and two chairs. Was called an executive suite. Appreciated the extra security for the parking lot: staff would open and shut a garage door for car departures and arrivals to keep undesirables out of the parking lot. The hotel security was good for the price paid.

The property needs to fix their elevator: they have an elevator but it doesn't work. I have difficulty with stairs and had to climb two to three flights of stairs to access my room. The hotel is located on 7th St in downtown San Fran. WAY TOO MANY homeless people and tents noted when trying to walk in the area.

Excellent, thank you. Wonderful staff, friendly and kind. The property is well-kept, spacious and cozy. Appreciate being able to keep my vehicle safe and secure in the locked garage. Easy access to gourmet coffee shop, walking distance to Whole Foods, Restaurants, and more. It felt safe staying here, and I would stay again. Other guests were friendly and seemingly as happy with their stay. It felt like a cozy home away from home. Thanks, again! All the best. With heart. ❤️

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking was safe and the staff was very nice.

The rooms could be better isolated but turning on the AC does the trick. Pricing wise, I don’t think you can get anything better in San Francisco. Proximity to the tenderloin district was not a problem since we had a car anyways and the street of the inn was safe, with a delicious cafe next door.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Felt pretty secure.

Location is a district with a lot of homelessness and not very well kept part of the city. Bit dodgy at night. A small breakfast would add value for money.

Shower was the best part. It was the powerful shower. After hectic long touring city day having hot full powerful shower was sooo relaxing ,

We were there as tourist. We ordered food I. Room. For any plates or extra glass hotel never had. Not even plastic or disposable.. for anything the recpetio. Had answer wich was NO and SORRY

Property is on a one way street, walking distance from a couple clubs and food spots! The older man throughout the night is really rude but the younger man in the office is really nice. Overall a pretty good stay, small rooms with a coffee maker inside along with hot water in the showers.

The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the place was good value for money.

While the location is convenient, it is fairly close to the Tenderloin district and the walk from the hotel to the Civic Center station didn't feel very safe. Also, the elevator didn't work.

This is a great place to stay if you will be out most of the day and only need a place to get ready and sleep. I only say this because the room size was standard motel size. It was quiet, only hearing a few cars that drove by. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Parking was the best with the enclosed garage at night.

Everything was fine

Very difficult to reach anybody at the hotel or on the phone. When I checked out Sunday morning, I forgot my house key to my house in the room. At 5pm tried calling numerous times and couldn't reach anyone. I went to the hotel at 5:30pm and no one would answer the front door, I waited for a hour and still no one answered the phone or answered the door, very disappointed. When I got home, I had to pay a locksmith to let me into my house.

Will stay here again. We stayed at a boutique hotel across the street last year, but this is actually much better facilities with comfortable rooms, clean, tidy and good value, parking was also easy and included

Would have been nice if they included a small breakfast in the lobby which is quite roomy
