Signature San Francisco

The location for me was pretty good, it was like a 5 to 7 minute walk from the Civic Center BART station. Keep in mind, the Civic Center BART is not the best place to be walking around at night, but during the day, it was completely safe, we walked with out luggage to and from the station with no issues. It also felt pretty safe that we had to use our room keys to get into the front door and the desk agent made sure to pay attention to us, even greeted me by name the second day. The room was super cute and trendy. The bathroom was nice and clean, but had the tiniest shower. The mini fridge was convenient but also tiny tiny tiny. There is a microwave in the lounge area which was super convenient for our leftovers.

The homeless people made me feel a bit more cautious about moving around outside at night. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are super cautious or afraid of the nuances of city life, like homeless encampments, traffic noise, being close to the city center. Also, we did not have a vehicle but that parking structure was so tiny, I can't imagine having to try and park even a Toyota Versa in there. There were unfortunately tiny roaches in the bathroom on our last day, not be best thing to experience but I almost thought people were lying in their reviews when we didn't see any our first 3 days. Lastly, the walls are pretty thin so...if you are a loud lover, your neighbors will have auditory stimulation overload so be mindful of others please, could make it a bit awkward, LOL.

The gentleman on staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, seemed to be right there if we needed anything or had a question. Wonderful service. The location was right by the venue where we were attending a show that evening. We walked there and also to dinner and breakfast. The room was cute and clean, and we enjoyed the vibe of the place. My boyfriend thought the breakfast looked good, but we had already planned to go out for breakfast.

There was no elevator. I could hear A LOT of street noise, almost like a window was open, but it wasn't.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating. The room was small but very well decorated and the bathroom was lovely.

I cannot fault the hotel, facilities and service for the price. The area however is not great, with a high homeless population and we drove passed a murder scene on our last morning as we exited the building. if you have to stay in San Fran I would stay out of town in the hills or Saulito.

Location was great, room was very clean, and staff was very nice and welcoming. I liked the design of the hotel in general.

Hot water was a bit long to come on the shower (a good 5min of cold/warm water before getting really hot water) Windows sound proofing could be way better (we got some noise from the street but we were very tired so it didn't bother us to sleep more than that)

Building is nice and clean, room was clean and decorated nicely with fun wallpaper and cool pictures. I love the retro theme! The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff was very nice. I parked in the garage, and the garage is visible from the front desk, so the staff can keep an eye on your car. There aren't that many spaces, so you have to get there on the early side to get a spot, but I was able to get one at 4pm on a Sunday and I felt secure in parking there. The location is good, it was easy to walk to Union Square, the Metreon and good bars and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again. I didn't see too many sketchy people hanging around, which is nice for SF, especially so close to 6th St.

I am not sure if they have an elevator. I didn't see one and when I checked in, the staff member told me to take the stairs. This was fine, but it was challenging to take all the bags up to the third floor.

very clean! interior was nice as well and the staff were super sweet! close to the civic center which was really convenient for our stay

I wasn’t a big fan of the parking because it’s super small compared to how many rooms they have available so if you show up and it’s full you’re kinda screwed especially if you paid for the parking of that night already. there’s also no elevator but I didn’t mind the work out too much lol

The location is very good, the beds are extremely comfortable and the room was overall very pretty and nice. It was very easy to move around and explore the city from the hotel. They clean the room everyday, which is also a great perk.

We were in a 7-people room and it was a little small for that. The bunk beds had very little space between them, which made it very hard to get in and out of them. Because of COVID breakfast was served in the room and everyday we would have to ask the staff for more because they only brought for 5 people.

room was clean. staff was nice and helpful. continental breakfast as written in description - yogurth, juices, some snacks, muffins, milk with cereals.

about parking you can struggle with finding spot but we were told that for sure we will have parking even it was in garage that had limited parking lots. but we parked a car everytime we came so good. location was not that safe i would say but not a big deal.

I was satisfied. The crew was very kind and helpful, the room was fully equipped, the bed was really cozy.

Netherless the hotel is located in a good part of San Francisco, the area was full of homeless and/or crazy people. We wanted to go to drink something in the evening in the nearby and started to walk to the Market street, but we had to turn back because of the people on the street. It was very frightening and shockable. But in the opposite destination we found a very good bar 😊

Location was good and pretty central, lots of good places to go just a couple blocks away. Room had a nice modern retro vibe and came with a mini fridge which was nice. Room overall seemed really clean.

No elevator for one, pull out couch was a single person pretty small bed. Originally had booked a 2 bed room and they didn’t have my reservation on file and had to downgrade to a 1 bed with a pull out, but again pull out was very small.
