breakfast was included and provided options. enjoyed the area where breakfast was held as well. Rooftop and view from room was nice. There was extra security to enter hotel as well as the rooms in elevator. The bed size was decent and comfy. Appreciated the full sized shampoo/conditioner bottles in shower. staff was nice and welcoming. Got snacks from the tiny area at the front desk that were available for purchase when all stores nearby were closed. union square and the cable car and a target were all in decent walking distance from hotel.

The area wasn’t too bad but there were homeless laying right outside hotel. we had an ant infestation in our room all the way at the top floor. Though we did appreciate the extra security with the key cards, you needed to have one on you at all times in order to step on elevator which sometimes we forgot.

Breakfast was fresh with a good choice of options. The room was a decent size with a great view and basic toiletries as well as fridge and safe. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is great if you like to do a little walking and are realistic about the homeless issues in SanFran. Otherwise you might prefer somewhere more central. There's a couple of great little restaurants nearby that have take-out options!

The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The room decor was very nice too. The breakfast options were great, there was plenty of hot food for everyone and it all tasted very good. The best part of the stay for us was the helpfulness of the staff. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight but staff were super accommodating. Although it was very expensive ($60 per night) for valet parking, it was great knowing our car was securely parked and easily accessible. You just give them 15 minutes notice of when you need your vehicle and its ready and waiting for you outside. We decided that we preferred paying the higher amount and having valet parking compared to having to park far away from the hotel at cost of $30+ dollars.

The room was a bit on the small side for 4 people. We only stayed for one evening so it didn't impact us much because we left out big cases in the car. I don't think we'd have been able to really move around in that particular room if we had brought all our luggage to the room with us. Also noticed that the two USB sockets on the bedside panel weren't working. TV is also a bit tricky to work out as you can only view the guide on one channel and have to wait for it to revolve to see what's on.

The location was great. Very close to the subway station and in the city center. The breakfast was really good, there was not a lot of variety, but the things they served were great. There was some seating options on top of the building that were nice to have some views and we enjoyed some food there. The rooms was big and comfy. They were doing the room service upon request, so you had to let them know when you wanted them to come and clean.

The surroundings of the hotel were full of homeless people. They did not bother us, but the first day when we were walking to the hotel it was impressive. They did not provide any water bottles, and the ones they sell are expensive. It was not convenient having to walk down the hall to get some water if you get thirsty in the middle of the night. Also, it tends to be very noisy in the area, I do not know if there is a fire station or something close but it was easy to hear the fire engine sirens very often.

I liked the quality of the room - design, materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and decor. The window into the light well was nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of items besides the standard scrambled eggs and sausage. They tried to change it a little everyday. They required face masks when walking around the hotel. Access cards were required for hotel entry and floors. There is a nice view of the city on the roof level. The back entry made it convenient to get to Market St through Mint Plaza. I would stay here again.

Our room was small. There was just enough room to get around the bed and that was it. There was adequate room in the bathroom. The window into the light well could have been better if the glass was obscured so you could not see across into the next room. The window shade filtered too much of the sunlight. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on Mission St and there are strange characters lurking around but just keep walking. They are all over the popular places.

When we check into the hotel, It's fantastic to come back to San Francisco and do what you needed to do besides return a Book to the Public Library and it, almost being due. But we still love the morning breakfast and we do get a small view of what's across the street.

There isn't really that much that we don't like at the hotel at all. The price could have been a little bit lower than expected but we NEVER trash the property at all. And plus we are somewhat regulars and still enjoy the stay.

the location was perfect. walking distance from powel street which is a major station of muni and bart. getting around was easy. there’s huge a shopping mall around the corner, union square is close by and there are lots of restauarants to choose from. we were thrilled to see a filipino restaurant infornt of the hotel. the staff was fantastic! we were allowed to check in early and check out late. the breakfast was good.

a few homeless on the street. but we already had our mindset on this situation. it wasn’t so bad.

The location to the theater & other great places downtown. The hotel was quiet & guests were spaced out. I never saw another guests on our floor. The Full breakfast offered a nice selection & maintained by kind & friendly staff.

It’s on Mission St which is super busy. Building Signage doesn’t stand out, making it difficult locating, but managed after circling the block a couple of times. Other than that, it’s a very nice & clean property.

Clean, modern style and look. Nice bathroom and shower. Decent free wifi. Lots of outlets electrical and USB. Free coffee in the lobby (though hot only on the morning). Very friendly and supportive staff. Location is great close to MoMa, Metreon, Yerba Buena Park, Union Square, Financial District, City Hall - all within a walking distance.

Small room. Window view into a wall and back alley (depends on a room). Crappy boxed breakfast with bland boiled eggs and and bland crappy bagel. Cleaning only by request. coffee in the lobby doesn’t get refreshed. So it’s cold by noon if any left. Expensive parking $60/night that’s half the price of the stay?!!!! But there’s meter and garage parking which however requires a lot of hassle and coordination due to complex rules and limited availability.

First room we were offered was a "no view" room--an air shaft five or six feet wide facing a brick wall making the room very dark. (We asked and were moved to a bright upper-floor room.) Room was not cleaned for the second night though we were asked at check in and requested the room to be cleaned. Hot breakfast offerings (make yourself waffles, sausages) were all far too sweet and over sugared.
