The hotel was a short walk from civic. Name of the street was easy to remember, and the hotel sign was very visible. The staff was kind and respectful, I am not an early riser but the cleaning staff never bothered me, and when they try to get your attention they knock and ask first. The room is spacious and clean, it doesn’t have carpet which I prefer. It also has a coffee maker. The Bathroom is spacious and well lit. It was well stocked shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap AND hydrating face cream dispensers! And a copious amount of towels. The room is clean and has a/c. Great location, quick and easy walk to shopping area and if you don’t mind not rushing and walking, you can walk all the main attractions and more. Amazing price!

Nothing the hotel can do about. But good to know if you plan to book. It’s about the surrounding, not only at the hotel but you see it and hear it everywhere. SF is a BIG city. For light/sensitive sleepers: it is noisy. For those who are easily scared/sensitive in general: The homeless people are very visible and sometimes in groups . (I had to get used to it, but the man at check-in told me that they usually don’t bother people, but stay alert.) However , I also saw some sort of city/neighborhood security. (not police)

Beds were sooo comfortable! It was a little tight squeeze but it was fine. Liked having a view. Staff was nice.

The location outside… oh the homeless. So sad, made me very depressed walking outside to so much of that! It’s the only downfall! The elevator is a little difficult to use.

I like how the staff are nice, accommodating and really helpful to our needs. I also like the price which is not bad for what we paid.

I didn’t like that our room has sticky floor and the location is close to the Union Square but not advisable if you are walking because its ghetto

I confused the date of staying. I needed to stay in February 9-10, not 7-8. Nobody called or texted me to ask will I arrive at all. I realized that I got confused when I arrived at the hotel. I paid one more time but didn’t get money for previous back.

staff was so friendly and the room was super cute ! microwave is downstairs but the staff is very kind and helps you if you need it !

the parking situation was the only downside 🥲
