I loved the location. Not far from Union Square.

Walls are very thin and some guests don’t take into consideration there are other people there (not the hotels fault).

Amazing staff! I really felt welcome and at home. It was really nice for a woman who travels by herself to be staying at such a welcoming place! I could never thank you enough. Definitely the best place I stayed in San Fran. I was provided everything, clean towels, robes, soap, water and even a heater. There was even a smartTV with Netflix, YouTube and everything. At the end of my stay they even gave me a pen as a souvenir from the hotel. The shower and the bathroom were always super clean and very comfortable, I didn't even mind that they were shared. The location is really good, I could do anything nearby and it is safe, very close to union square and Powell Station. it took me 30min to go to places with public transportation from there. The best part, for me, was that the manager speaks Portuguese, and since I'm Brazilian, I felt even more welcome. Wish I had stayed longer, can't wait to come back! Thank you for the amazing service!

I had a great time staying at the hotel. It is in a perfect location—central and close to everywhere. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Ver is a great man. He is hospitable and friendly. He ensured that I would have a fabulous SF experience during my stay and even drove me around some tourist places. It is value for money, and I totally recommend it!

I really liked the way we were treated by the owners/hosts. Their hospitality was exceptional. My luggage was delayed, and they asked back to me various times about help and the status. Can fully recommend a stay.

The property itself is not necessarily "high standard," but it comes with a fair price. This is not a critique per se, just information that if you are looking for a modern and highly clean place, this might not be the best option.

The owner made me feel very welcome and gave me useful information for a first time Traveller to San Francisco. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower rooms were clean and the water hot. As a single female Traveller I never felt at risk.

Although I knew the property had shared bathrooms I found the restroom situation a bit strange during the night. It would have been nice to have had warm drink availability.

The owner has been very friendly since the beginning. We had problem with the flights that’s affected our stay in SF and they always have been very willing to help. Me and my friend, we both felt very satisfied with the place. We’re heard about the location and stuff but honestly, it’s not bad at all. Just keep on the same street and nothing would happen. The hotel was very quiet and nice.

Personally everything was very good. I have no bad words for the place or the people working.

first of all was greeted by the owner, who was so lovely, made me feel very welcome, advised on how to best spend my few days in san francisco, gave me map, advise what to do and where not to go. The room was very clean, quiet and felt warm (in a good way). shared bathroom and toilet were very clean and not too many people sharing with. The hotel was 10 min walk to Union square and just slightly more to the closest train station (there direct train to the airport) so very easy commute.

I like the location which is a few minutes to the Union Square.it s easy to find and ok for me The room was small but i didn't mind I just had a good sleep n went out

It was not the fault of the hotel which the area were filled with zoombie homelesses ,they yelled they strolled along back n forth.i didn't dare to come back after sunset.

The staff went out of their way to give us personalised recommendations! If you want a cheap option in SF, this is it!

The Tenderloin area is the worst area of the city, but we still felt safe going back home late at night, especially with the separate gate in front and the manned front desk.

very good location, a nice and comfortable little room. I absolutely recommend it, especially if it’s just for a couple of days. Just keep in mind that you share toilets and the shower, they are not in the room but that didn’t bother me. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful.
