Affordable hotel while everything in San Francisco can be expensive. It was very convenient that the reception was open 24/7 at least when I stayed (as of February 2023). Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in and free towels provided were clean enough. It is nicely located with access to different museums, shops and public transportation to other areas of the city. I learnt that the neighbourhood where the hotel is located has historically been a hub for diverse people including the homeless, migrants, LGBTIQ+, and sex workers. I appreciated that historical significance of the area where the hotel is situated in addition to the service I received.

It’s not that it wasn’t good, but it would have been more convenient for me if they had a water boiler (kettle). I could use a microwave at the reception though.

The location was ver convenient to walk to BART station or bus line for airport access. The staff was amazing. there were a few small issues and they corrected them quickly and graciously.

The location is convenient but also in a slightly shady area of town. lots of homeless and suspect characters. Nothing I’m not used to but others may not be. No issues.

Shout out to Tony the receptionist, he was very kind and welcoming! This property is secured & locked even though the area seems a little sketch it reminds me of hollywood blvd so those kind of vibes but inside the hotel it was quiet. The staff were very helpful and great with accommodations.

The furniture needs to be a little sturdy or upgraded.

Bed was broken in first room, but instantly gave us a new room when asked! No hastle.

It was a good location, with so much to do in a short drive or walk from there. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Staff made great recommendations on where the best place to park would be.

There was a large homeless group that was a bit loud on the corner of the street, near the property. The elevator was out at one point, and stairs are difficult for me, but I managed.

Location is so close to all Restaurants with reasonable prices. Pure budget hotel with very friendly staff. Mr Tony is usually at the front desk.always smiling & ready to help with local info.

Street sounds till 4 am.. Locality is filled with homeless people.

Well everything was good but I had to leave 1day early but remember I paid for two days well anyway as soon as I get reimbursed for day we’ll see how it goes

That is very good price and should never go up from $50. The value of it and the location
