Unfortunately, the breakfast was VERY DISAPPOINTING! But, a breakfast is probably my least important factor. I can get p ne somewhere else! But the comfort of the room was just AWESOME!!

The shower head was higher than necessary. And too forceful! I know that's a weird complaint, but my guest totally soaked the bathroom floor because the curtain " blew out-of the tub!! We had to get extra towels!! And, the toilet's flush was MUCH TOO LOUD (forceful) as well°

The breakfast offerings were quite enjoyable. Complimentary parking is certainly a positive aspect. The compact fitness facility consistently remained unoccupied, allowing exclusive access during morning workouts.

The room equipment appears to be slightly worn and could benefit from renovation. The fitness equipment is in need of maintenance.

Garage columns are spaced very close for 3 full sized cars and larger vehicles can only get two in. I scratched my door and I am a good driver. Breakfast was advertised on web listing but none was provided. I will probably never come back to San Jose so they have no repeat business to lose, but it diminishes my confidence in the Booking.com app wherever I travel next.

Room and front desk were good. The 2 guys that checked us in were nice/helpful.

The area is sketchy. Stayed because we were leaving in morning for Hawaii and we flew out of SJC.. The Dennys is not open anymore next door and the weeds are as tall as the flipping building.

A lot to like especially the value being so close to the airport. Clean room, good water pressure, fridge, microwave, no cheap flimsy shower enclosure, garage, breakfast.

No shower safety bar, homeless person hanging around on premises, no USB outlets, walls and floors thin. Can be noisy.

great central location- very clean- lots of interesting restaurants close by - friendly staff - very quiet - onsite parking in a secure area

they ran out of breakfast bags two days in a row refrigerator was struggling several loose outlets and the hair dryer didn’t work

The room was fantastic. the furnishings looked brand new, very clean and comfortable.

My reservation was for a non-smoking room but I was given a smoking room initially. The front desk fixed the problem quickly but it was still a mistake a guest shouldn’t have to deal with.

the rooms were large, clean and updated. The service was great. girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful, even recommended a couple of good restaurants to eat near by.

Nothing, everting was excellent will recommend this hotel to all my friends and definitely coming back every time I visit San Jose. THANK YOU CONFORT SUITES!!

Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Located literally next door to Denny’s and there’s a 7-11 down the street. Small park for kids to play 3 blocks down.
