Checking in was easy. Parking costs $5 per day, which we did not mind. The suite we were in was spacious and had 2 bathrooms which we appreciated. There were 3 TVs in total so we had no trouble fighting over what to watch. There were 2 desks that were helpful for some of us doing schoolwork/work. Plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets. Showers came with full bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner for us to use. Kitchen utensils were available as well. Breakfast was available, to go only, but was decent. Checking out was easy.

One of our smoke detectors had a low battery so we went to the desk to let them know. They told us that they didn't see it in their system and did not help us. The detector did not let some of my family sleep so we called again in the morning and they sent someone over right away to fix it. Also, the sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The rooms were spacious.

Breakfast could have been better

There was a girl in the office as I was checking in and i guess her room keys got deactivated. But that same girl was in the back where our hotel was and she walked into her hotel with a bunch of kids(probably looked like 19-23 year olds ready to party. Guys had saggy pants. I work with kids and see how they dress thats how I know they were young kids or young adults. But after that didnt feel to comfortable getting off the car with my daughter. We were in the back so it was dark. I caught the tail end of them walking in but there was about 6 of them that I saw. Maybe some more security in the back.

Front desk guy was kind and helpful he could tell I was frustrated after long drive.The outside of property was beautiful and well kept.I was able to walk my dog around.with no worries

Room needs some updating with tvs and sofa. Breakfast was ridiculous there was a line of 10+people waiting to make waffles didn't get to have Breakfast for the 4 days we stayed. The people above were very loud we could here them running around and coming in and out all night and playing music..

Had the best experience upon check in. Albert was amazing and went above and beyond to gave us the best treatment. I was awfully tired from a long and exhausting drive and was not in my friendliest mood. I just walk up to the front desk and handed him my ID and card with no hi no ho, he thought it was hilarious and was laughing about it which really made my day. But the best thing is I was traveling with my 80 y/o Mom and my fur baby and made a mistake of reserving a none ADA room. Albert went out of his way to get us a ADA and what's more a free upgrade. Thank you so much for all you do Albert. I'm just glad there's kind, amazing and extremely good hearted people like you, you deserve more than a 5 star rating.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of outdoor facilities including heated pool and fire pits

The breakfast was not the best. Sunday morning they ran out of food and didn't bring more out. Breakfast runs 7-9 am could have been a little later especially on the weekend . No gluten free options

Loved that my family of 4 adults: my 2 adult children, my husband and I could all be together in one room. We booked the 1king 2queen bed suite. Loved that breakfast was available each morning. It felt like a small apartment. We had a full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burners to cook on. Kitchen was fully furnished with cookware, and cooking and eating utensils.The environment was clean and Albert, checked us in with great hospitality. Would recommend friends staying here. Would stay here again while in San Jose, California.

The furniture was worn and should be replaced with more comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Daily changes of the meat.

Room was not fully cleaned of prior stay. Found personal items on floor and shower soap were emptied in one room.

The front desk, breakfast, housekeeping team. The pool, fitness center. Breakfast overall. The black squirrel who’s tail was falling to pieces.

The pool gate magnetic strip card lock needs new batteries then programmed and perhaps time clock update afterwards. Blinking red light only on both gates.

Good varieties of breakfast, location near to Airport. Suites are clean and compact, ideal for staying with families and close friends. Kitchenette is well equipped. Staffs are friendly and co operative.

The parking is the minor issue here, we kept our car in tow away parking zone.
