The cooking facilities and the vessels provided are very good. The furniture also good. The window facing the car park is very nice.

Breakfast is quite insufficient. One day not at all provided. Have to insert the card many times to open the door. The air conditioner was noisy. Bed sheets and towels not changed even once in the 12 days stay there. After checking out, had a problem with my air ticket. Then came back from airport with family on a confirmed booking "with a confirmation number for 4 days EXTENDED STAY", but refused to give room stating that "SOLD OUT".

Booking.com had a great rate and paid using the app which resulted in super easy check-in. Nice, queen-size room, clean, fresh air flow-through with the window open. Two burner mini-kitchen is a nice touch but didn't use; great for travelers to be able to whip up small hot meals. Cookware available for delivery by hotel staff, check in with the front desk. Nice sized bathroom with complimentary toiletries. No problem with running toilets. Complimentary coffee and breakfast, which consisted of assorted, prepackaged pastries, granola bars, and such. Also, seems to be 24hr onsite Security for huge main parking lot which is good.

There's love/hate for the entrance and exit gates to the parking lot at this particular ES San Jose Airport site. On the one hand there's a sense of security for your vehicle because of the gates. On the other hand, so used to being able to move in and out of surface parking lots unhindered by security gates. Minor annoyance. Coffee machine not working, (bummer), breakfast consisted of assorted, prepackaged pastries, granola bars

staff were all extremely friendly, and they had anything we had forgotten to bring/things we needed. bed was very comfortable and cable and hdmi ports were nice to have!

it was an extra charge for faster Internet for streaming, but honestly? that’s not much of a downside. we had movies to watch and cable, too.

Standard room, clean, comfortable, queen bed, comfy pillows. Surprisingly big kitchen with dining nook, great for in-room entertaining with multiple guests. Decent-sized bathroom with standard bath towels.

Toilet 'ran' after flushing, rather loudly, needs plumbing adjustment. Shower head and sink basin both have water conservation or 'low-flow' fixtures thereby limiting water or slowing water pressure, really annoying for those of us used to 'hard' showers.

I liked the location and regardless of the room being outdated it was still cleaned no animals or smell.

The hallway carpet was wet around 11pm and it looked dirty but it was not because of the team is the type of carpet the company uses. Floors need to be also re done and interior paint.

The front desk area, elevator, hallway and room were clean and smelled clean. The suite had everything I needed as the bed was comfortable and TV had plenty of channels to watch. Even though the carpet in the room was wet, it what nice that it was cleaned.

The room next door(#216) had a party going on with loud music and yelling of people. In the evening past 10pm cigarette smell was prevalent in the room perhaps from under the door or elsewhere. The carpet in the room was wet as it seemed it was shampooed. I put on flip flops so my socks and feet wouldn't get wet.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our travel. We loved the kitchenette.

The bathroom door handle was practically falling off. We should’ve asked but it should be listed that there were no dishes/pots/pans for use at the property.

Very Helpful and Friendly front desk. I will include that they are very vigilant as well
