Room was Great nice and quiet; this was an overnight stop after a long drive heading to San Diego. The area is busy around rush hour, I didn't know that there was a charge for parking, the cost of the hotel is up and they should just include free parking for their customers.

T.V. Remote in room didn't work, I called the front desk to request another remote. The man who brought it up, didn't know anything about T.V"S This remote didn't work as well, I was able to finally get one channel to work but couldn't get the Remote to change the channels or bring up the menu to view what shows were on. Poor Service on their part. I would have requested another room, but I had to get up early for a long drive.

The breakfast and particularly coffee were very good. The reception staff were able to assist us in organizing transport to Santa Cruz. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and functional. The beds and bedding were cozy, and the show fantastic.

We booked through booking.com, and the hotel never responded to two of our messages on the internal messaging system. Also, there was no indication on the booking that the hotel does not accept cash, which put us in a difficult position as international travelers. There was absolutely no temporary storage for luggage--also difficult for international travelers with time delays between check-out and the next mode of transport.

The staff - the shuttle drivers are terrific - they talk to you during the short ride. I also noticed that the day driver comes in during the complimentary breakfast hours to help clean the tables - that's AWESOME!!! The dining area gets crowded so it's so nice that there's an extra hand cleaning the area, taking the initiative!

The tub was slippery.

The a/c had to be manually switched from cold seasons. Our room had not been switched. I kept thinking it was cooler then it was just comfortable. During the night it got so humid I woke to call front desk who sent maintenance. It was 83 degrees in our room! The maintenance worker was silently stressing then, finally the compressor kicked on, and the room cooled off. The rest of the stay was a breeze so to speak lovely with no complaints

Room was clean and the facility had laundry. Breakfast was comfortable and had a lot of choices and seating. There is laundry in the 2nd floor which was good.

Parking was not free. Always worried they would tow my car if I forgot to put the parking pass on the dashboard. The parking pass was giving me glare, so I removed it when driving. The other issue was the swimming pool was too small. It seemed bigger in the photos.

The location was great for us. Close to the airport and our family. The bed was extremely comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast often but it was nice to have that option. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The TV was hard to get started. Might have been user error but I feel it was a wifi issue. Not much of a view, we looked at the rooftop air conditioners. But definitely not a deal breaker for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location - right off the 101 and just a short drive down the street to the airport. Staff were pleasant and professional. Included breakfast was substantial and delicious, you could help yourself and a great mix of hot and cold items. Not many vegetarian/vegan items (I'm neither, but just in case you're traveling with someone who is). Rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really- if I had to put something, it would have been nice if the H Bar offered desserts.

Nicely appointed rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and they made omlettes to order.

A specific pet area. Most of the areas in the parking lot or near the building were filled with plants and shrubs and difficult for a small dog to manage.

Actually quite a nice hotel, but venting (AC) system is very loud. In my first room it was so loud I asked to change my room, which was no problem. In my second room it was slightly better, but for a recently built hotel.... Sorry this is not up to standard.

the staff was very nice, the opportunity to have breakfast for free was great, they had a little market open all day and every thing was nice clean and comfortable

paying for parking on top of your stay, I think parking should be included in the fees and not an additional charge
