Reception was very nice. Its only two stories and garden style, My room was very clean and spacious and I liked the updated design concepts. The pool is long and so I was able to get in some laps and good exercise. The pool closes at 10pm, but they don’t rush you out so long as you are quiet. The date palms are gorgeous and it was so lovely to swim in the open air under the full moon surrounded by these palms. A precious memory.

My bed mattress was a little hard. I prefer a softer mattress. The pool wasn’t heated, granted it was a hot day so at night it was cool and not freezing. But I don’t know if they ever heat it and if I stayed in fall or winter if I could enjoy the pool. The property is spread out and I would have appreciated a Bell service to bring my bags upstairs. But I also didn’t ask for assistance so maybe someone would have if I had asked.

The grounds are beautiful, very tropical. Reminds me of Hawaii❤️ I loved my room location (#178) close to my parking spot and the pool. Room was clean, bed and sheets were very comfortable, good sized TV (enjoyed “Shark Week”). Contemporary style of the room is nice and I used both the frig and microwave. Pool was perfect temp, hot tub hot, like I prefer. I shouldn’t have read Yelp reviews as I had preconceived negative worries but ended having nothing but a nice comfortable stay. It wasn’t a weekend so maybe it’s busier then. I would definitely stay again and was well worth the $ price.

Look, this is a budget motel and do not think you are getting a mistake rate. That said, the room was big, the AC worked, the bed was comfortable, and there was a non-skid shower with lots of hot water. It's a sketchy area but it was perfect to stay to get to an early flight. Also, they give you a couple of bottles of water.

Read some poor reviews, but couldn't validate them. Room was very nice, clean, and had a decent sized tv. Bath towels were fluffy and not course. Pillows were soft and the ac worked perfectly.

I had my heart set on eating dinner at their steakehouse that was in the description, but couldn't find it. Called the front desk and was told that it had been closed for years. Front desk referred me to a La Victoria Taqueria, which was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It was very good!

The rooms were very comfortable, bed a lovely size, shower and bathroom facilities good. In a good area to get to and from the Levi Stadium.

On arrival, it was very busy and the lady on reception made a comment that there would not be enough rooms for everyone which made us all panic, we had flown from the UK so this wasn’t great. Me and my partner found she was very rude, had no people skills and moaned about her job a lot.

the location was good

They had no ice machine available and I had to go to the lobby to get some. I called about my reservation, they said they couldn’t find my reservation and said they couldn’t give me any information. They made things more difficult then they should have.

I liked our room very much. It was what I was expecting according to the ad. I liked the overall look of the room and the location compared to where I had to do my work while I was in town. Very nice spot.

There wasn't really a lot that I didn't like about this location.

Everything besides vivid closing the restaurant down it was very comfortable and clean. It would of been great to had body lounge chairs by the pool or at least to rent would of loved to lay out in the sun

We didn't know that we had to call them each time, room needed cleaning, towels, and linen. Housecleaning is not a daily service.
