Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, room was exceptionally clean, plenty of goodies for a very acceptable price as well, security for building was great as well! We ordered food and the staff was very helpful with that as well! Appreciate the hospitality. 10/10

only thing i could complain is the entrance to the parking lot was semi steep + uneven, and since we have a lowered car it scraped going in, but on the way out it was not an issue(after I realized how much clearance I had..I could do my best to avoid scraping the underside) but just that the entrance to the parking lot.

Tina at the front desk was awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Spacious room and huge bathroom. Wifi worked without any issues. Well located close to bars at San Jose social. Lots of food options.

Noise, can hear everything especially in busy nights. Aircon didn’t really work.

Bed was comfy, safety prioritized with scan cards into the building and locked doors. I felt safe in the hotel. Good water pressure. Lots of towels. Complimentary wifi worked great and passcode was easy to use.

Heater was a little loud and I was confused about the lack of blankets until I found them hidden in the drawer an hour before checkout. Walls are also thin. Woke up to children yelling as their parents walked them to the elevator to check out.

The staff was so helpful, nice and accommodating. Cleaner than the Hilton

oh my goodness, so clean! The whole facility was safe, clean. The hotel had a just cleaned odor. No chemical, but a nice scent. I just felt safe and comfortable knowing that the hotel was clean and taken care of. We needed a key to get in the hotel, elevator and room. That’s what I mean b safe.

The customer service was nice, a lady named Tina was very helpful & polite. She even allowed me to check-in a tab bit early & allowed for everyone participating in the R&R event that weekend to checkout at noon on Sunday. Everything was within somewhat walking distance from the hotel. The room had a refrigerator that was filled with drinks & a basket if snacks as well (for a small fee of course). The breakfast was just pastries with coffee & tea (this was probably due to Covid19 protocols), at the time of my stay. Even the staff at night that was outside watching over the parking lot was friendly as well.

The only issue I had was that the AC unit inside the room was loud, sounding like a lawnmower. The noise outside on the streets was loud, but I believe it was because of being in the heart of downtown, right next to the college & nightlife entertainment. Plus the corner that the hotel is located on were busy streets, which the hotel doesn't have control of the noises outside. When I didn't have the AC unit off inside my room, I noticed that I could hear the rooms next door AC unit on. Homelessness was heavy around the hotel area, but again, that's out of the hotels control.

It was pretty close to the San Jose convention center with it being a 16min walk at a casual pace. Also the bathroom was surprisingly huge!

It was extremely hot and humid at the higher levels of the hotel and had to blast the AC to 50 degrees Fahrenheit to have the room to a decent temperature and at night would have to open the window to make the humidity go away.

Check in process was quick and easy. The parking/security staff gave my partner and In overview of how to get in and out of the building and the front desk staff filled in the rest of the information regarding check in/out, amenities, ect. Great location as we were within walking distance of downtown area. The building security was great. The bathroom for the king room (basic king room) was huge! And the room snacks and drinks are reasonably priced. Our room already had a spare blanket so we didn't have to go to the lobby to inquire.

Located in downtown San Jose. Easy to get to using public transportation, within walking distance of light rail station. Friendly front desk staff. Did not partake in the complementary breakfast, but I hear it's good.

Staff honored request for quiet room. If you stay here, suggest asking for a room away from streets with bars and night clubs. Not a major issue. Comes with the territory of staying

The staff is very friendly and very warm, quality-price ok, breakfast included, it met my expectations, I would book again, in the heart of san jose, close to everything, many places of interest, restaurants, bars and others

Hotel Clariana was a great value. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They were helpful on many levels, including nearby dining recommendations. The location is superb if you want to spend time downtown, near SJSU, in the middle of all the action. The hotel had several policies in place for covid safety.

Even on the fourth floor we could hear the street noise which was pretty loud on a Friday night.
