You may find the noise from the train or the construction site a bit bothering. No complementary water in the room. Could buy at the bar but it was pricy. There was complementary coffee and tea but most of the time it was empty or missing. The staff would ALWAYS get you what you need but I hated having to ask...

Room was nice, good central location, friendly staff.

Parking situation is terrible. Street parking is metered. I was told there was a reasonable price for parking over the phone before I booked, only to find out that it was not an option and was forced to pay for a very expensive valet service. I would not have booked this hotel if I had been given accurate information. Very disappointed.

Love that there was Valet parking. Friends at other hotels near by, had to roam around and find parking. I have a 6 year old so it was nice to be able to get out with our luggage and not have to try and find parking and haul all of our stuff to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and they kept our luggage after checkout since we still had an event to go to that day.

They were out of so much food for lunch or dinner items. It's not a restaurant and I don't think they have a kitchen, so they only had frozen pizza (horrible), and 3 little salad bowls the first night. The next day they were sold out of pretty much everything but the frozen pizza and frozen Mac and cheese and wrapped pastries which aren't a good lunch or dinner item.

My room was terrific. The sofa was comfortable place to kick back. The bathroom was spotless with great amenities. The continental breakfast was replete with choice, well stocked and very clean and tidy. The valet service was quick and convenient. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed a cocktail which I took to my room. Nice.

The heating unit was noisy and the bathroom fan ran all the time and was loud enough I had to close the bathroom door. Would have liked another blanket.

We checked out after a nice 5 day stay, went to the airport and southwest cancelled our flight. We went back to the hotel without our luggage and explained our situation to the desk clerk. He gave us a new room and brought out all sorts of items we would need, toothbrushes, shaving cream, deoderant all complimentary. My wife and i were very impressed and thankful. Great hotel and staff....We will always stay there when in San Jose

Room was comfy and staff were super friendly. Location is amazing, right in the downtown. No complaints about the room or quality of stay. I appreciated the valet service because I was nervous about parking downtown. I felt like my car was safe.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming but I understand with the pandemic things need to be modified. Would have liked some individuly wrapped muffins. Also I couldn't figure out how to use the thermostat but maybe it's just me. Also didn't love the construction outside our window but that's not the hotel's fault.

This property is located centrally to quite a few restaurants and attractions in Downtown San Jose. A modern and clean property. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding! The rooms were great, comfortable, big and clean! With great views all around. And at a great price!

Nothing, I loved it all. Next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely be staying there again.

I didn’t liked the person at the valet parking, a hotel of this magnitude should addressed and inform the correct prices for parking. Because guest are sent there to park as a recommendation because the valet parking can took even 2 hours to bring your car. We were recommended to park the the Hilton parking just across the street and the valet person said: That the Hilton was closed (which it wasn’t) and that it was 25 dlls. I PAID 50 dlls to park my car there so don’t park there if you don’t want ending paying that amount.

room was clean, housekeeping was absolutely awesome, and bed is super comfortable. location is wonderful and centralized.

valet staff. for $35/day, about 90% of the time, the valet staff were in their little room and on their phone oblivious to cars pulling up. i feel like it was a $10-15/day service based on my experience.

Ms. Christen, the night auditor was so helpful and accommodating to our family before our check-in, we had a situation and she helped remedy it. We LOVED having our fur baby join us. Thankful it worked out to have all the family there. Thank you.

The free breakfast was appreciated and the food that was offered could've been fresh, but some of it looked old, starting to mold. Parking/Vallet options.
