Decent spot. Located downtown so close to lots of clubs and restaurants.

Nothing bad to report, but it can get pretty noisy since there’s a lot of night life.

I was delighted with the room I stayed in. It was spacious, well-furnished, and tastefully decorated. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after long days of exploration and activities. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

One aspect that detracted from my experience was the location of the hotel. During my walks around the neighborhood, especially at night, I couldn't shake off a feeling of insecurity. The area seemed to lack proper lighting and had a somewhat unsafe vibe, which made me cautious while going out after dark. It's worth noting that this might be a subjective impression, but it's something that affected my overall perception of the hotel.

the shower door isn’t aligned properly so water kept spilling out of the shower (room 210), a water heater with tea and coffee would be a nice addition :) the only thing that was annoying were the noisy neighbors playing music all day and night and then woke me with yelling and slamming in the middle of the night :/

Room were well maintained, they were clean and big. I did not like location too much. Also did not feel safe around. No complaints after you get inside the property. Staff were super nice at par with luxury properties. Beds were comfy. Toiletries were rubbish. Both fridge and Microwave were working perfectly.

1) Water temperature could be little warmer 2) A boiler in room would help very much 3) Bottled water every day

07/31/2023: I had liked the plenty of parking spaces. Well lighted in the lobby area and the clearly outspoken customer service lobby front desk.

07/31/2023: I had made reservations to be check in with myself, and another guest with me. But, I did not like that fact that front desk had mention if I make reservations online to pick the date of 30th but it was already 31st around 3-4am. I had to request for full refund on my book reservations.

Clean. Tide. Fully furniture. Even Microwave oven have USB port and 110V socket on it :-D Clean toilets. All stuff are working. Near bed there is multi-connector USB cable. . . \\.

someone punctured the wheel of my car. But the employees could not (or did not want to) find who it was through the cameras. Although we guess. Of the minuses, only one car is allowed into the parking lot per room. Even if the parking spaces are empty. Refrigerator is to small and had no stacks inside.

I enjoyed the staff! I was greeted by a friendly woman who cared and asked questions to make us feel accommodated and welcome. Also, the bathrooms were very nice and clean. Water pressure was great and soaps were provided. :)

There was a unrepaired towel rack which was falling off the wall but honestly didn’t bother me that much to ask for repair.

That they honored my late check in and that they let me check in even though I had a FEW drinks thank you

I did not feel safe at that inn my door only had one lock I was not able to but the second lock from allowing people to come in while I’m in the room. The wifi was horrible did not come with intrusion for the scanning code it was stupid really people yelling was worse then then motel 6

I didn't like that at 11am on the dot I had someone knocking on my door that it was time for check out and also a phone call from the front desk at the same time. My party and I were already getting our things together but we felt rushed. We weren't going to be much longer but I didn't appreciate the pressure.

Location was perfect to walk to the California Theater, and price was very reasonable. Room and bath area were large and would be good for someone in a wheelchair. We loved the safety bars around the tub. The area was very quiet at night for sleeping. Convenient to walk to restaurants for dinner and to a coffee shop for breakfast

Bed was too high off the floor to sit on it and have my feet on the floor, for dressing. There was only one chair for the two of us, and nothing in the bathroom at all to set things on -- room was spacious but furniture sparse.
